Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised they were having live music. Not sure how frequently the have this but it was great! The food was good as well. I had the salmon and it wasn’t over cooked like some places do with salmon.

Many of us showed up to see a musician to find out they had double booked their entertainment. Of course only one could preform but they sent away the guy who had traveled from wellsboro and did not compensate him for his time or travel. Food was so-so. We were only there bc of their advertised musician. So we had blah food and didnt see the musician. Disappointing that their mistake cost him a nights worth of pay.

We had reservations and were seated at 5:30 but nobody came around to us until 6:00 for our drink and dinner order. Our salads came out at 6:20. By 6:45, we were getting worried because we had 7:30 concert tickets nearby. At 7:00, we still had not received our meals. At this point, I asked our server to put them in to-go containers and to bring the check. By 7:10, we STILL had not received our food so I asked the manager to go check on it. He finally brought it out around 7:15 without any kind of compensation for waiting an hour and 45 minutes without getting our meals. I took the meals to our car and we proceeded to our show. When we got home to finally warm up our meals, half of mine was missing (no spaghetti for my chicken parm), and my son’s boneless wings literally were the size of Fritos corn chips. Our waitress told us that three girls had quit earlier. That being said, they should’ve had a disclaimer stating how long of a wait it would be. A half hour wait would’ve been expected, and even an hour wait could’ve been forgiven, but no meal after 100 minutes??? Ridiculous.

I rarely leave reviews but I just want to warn people who think this may be a good place to eat if you’ve got tickets to an event at the Community Arts Center next door. We sat down to eat at 6pm ahead of a 7:30 event, thinking we had plenty of time. Especially when we saw there were only two other tables seated in the dining room at the time. But when our food still hadn’t arrived by 7pm we started asking our server where it was. We ended up getting our food at almost 7:15, more than an hour after we ordered. He scarfed it down in 10 minutes and ended up leaving before I ever even received a second cocktail I had bought and paid for while still waiting for our food. We simply couldn’t wait any longer if we wanted to make it to our event.

Food was very poor. Chicken Caesar salad had the driest chicken known to man with soggy croutons. Burger/chicken sandwiches couldn’t have been more dry. The chips that came with the burger were the best thing that came to our table. Just an overall terrible eating experience. The waitress was very friendly though and did her best to make our experience as good as she could.

We had a lovely dinner. Our waitress, Emily, was the BEST. Attentive, informative, efficient and charming. The menu was a bit limited but everything we had was very good. Salads were cold, crisp and the right size, dressing was very good. The generous bread basket was served with olive oil balsamic, butter, and a red pepper spread. Calamari was very good. The spinach artichoke dip was enough for four, was delicious, and served with very good crackers.

Couldn’t get served, didn’t seem busy but others were getting seconds and thirds before I was initially served. I waited 20 minutes along with 2 other parties that also walked out before being served. I watched one lady come for a re-fill and instantly received it but I couldn’t even find eye contact with the server.

Had high hopes for this place. The concept of the restaurant and dishes were great, but the execution was lacking terribly. We had the Italian red hots (just ok) and the French onion soup (very good) for appetizers. The shrimp in the shrimp risotto dish were cooked very well, but the dish lacked salt, thus making it very bland and the rice was slightly under done. The two pasta dishes we tried were the sausage ragout and the chicken Parm. In both, it was clear that there was not a lick of salt in the pasta water. What chef does not salt their pasta water? Very disappointing. Our server Dianne was very friendly, but did not ask if we wished to purchase a second drink from the bar (even after finishing them before the appetizers arrived), and brought our check without inquiring about dessert. She also did not inform us of any specials of the day. Will chalk this visit up to still getting their feet wet, and will come back again another time for a second chance.
