What a great place out in the Finger Lakes region. So many wine brands to choose from. Very knowlegeable staff – they knew everything about wine and we had so many questions she was able to answer without trouble. There was a group of us and our tasting was luxurious – with food and wine pairings. They have a great wine menu – where you can choose or let them select for you. The views over the lake are stunning. They have a really nice selection in their gift shop too. Will definately be back!

A great concept for a wine bar in a country setting where you can try many different wine brands and varieties. Since you can choose what you sample you get to decide your own flights. They also have a selection of beers. Both of these have automated pourers and you can choose a tasting or glass size. The spirit selection is a manual pour but a good one. Danny and Olivia gave us excellent service. The views are amazing. Because it was raining we could not go out on the lawn.

My fiance and I stopped at Once and were very impressed with the their tasting room. With so many wine options, it was hard to decide which “vino” to try. Antonio and his team were terrific. They were super friendly and welcoming and walked us through their “tap and taste” system, which was very unique (to us) and impressive. We ordered a few street tacos from their light fare food menu which were also excellent. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, just in time for their live music venue. You could not ask for a better setting….a glass of wine, live music and a gorgeous lake as the backdrop. We can’t wait to go back to the region as Once will most definitely be on our places to visit again.

What a finger lakes hidden gem! It’s not on any kind of winery tour list but it should be. This is a one stop shop. You go in and they give you a card to use for your “tab”. From there you can taste a variety of wines, ciders etc. There was even an espresso martini to sample. Keke and Jess were so wonderful with their explanation of how the process worked and making sure you were taken care of. They also have some light bites. Meat and cheese plus extras and also tacos from the La Monarka food truck. The owner Antonio is also extremely friendly and it was nice to see him around on a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely come back as they change the wine options weekly. You can also purchase bottles of the wine/liquors right in house. Alcohol free options also available. Highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing time with a beautiful view of Seneca lake.

I loved Once Finger Lakes. My wife and I were desperate to find a little food while wine tasting and this place fit the bill. They have a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake. We sat on the deck overlooking the lake and ordered some sliders and tasted ciders, beer, and wine at our leisure. The self-service digital taps were so well done and easy to use. Great concept. However, self service didn’t mean no service. The staff was outstanding. In particular, we appreciated Danny. He was very attentive and provided good conversation and information about the area and the wineries sampled at Once. The live music was also a nice touch. We live 18 hours away from Once, but we’re hoping to be back again someday!

Had a great experience stopping here as we were tasting around Seneca lake. There is so much variety so if you have a group with a lot of different tastes, you will find something for everyone. Even beers, ciders and spirits, which was perfect for the men who were tapped out on wine after the first stop!

I came here with some friends in June while I was in town to visit, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I am gluten-free and was able to find options easily with their help! Highly recommend the chicken tacos. They were genuinely the best tacos I’ve had in a very long time and truly hit the spot! If it weren’t a four-hour trip, this would be my go-to place for some quick tacos and a glass of wine! Will definitely return if I’m ever in the area again! It’s been almost 5 months, and I still crave these tacos.

We had an amazing experience at Once with Antonio! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole tasting both fun and informative. Being able to sample several producers in one flight was such a great way to compare and discover new favorites. Really high quality producers and lots of styles to choose from. Highly recommend!
