Very disappointed that I spent $50 on food for two adults and two children. The curly fries were cold and even when requested fresh fries we were given just slightly warmer fries. Chicken sandwiches were also cold and mozzarella sticks cheese was cold inside and not melted. Just overall very dissatisfied. Order was originally placed to go and decided to dine in. Thinking they figured we would be to far gone by the time we realized how horrible the food was. Either thinking I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time…

They did a perfect job with my mobile order and staff member was friendly. I tried the fried chicken sandwich since I didn’t know Arby’s had such food.
It was dry, flat and tough. I still ate it and appreciated it anyway. I probably should have arrived sooner, so it’s probably my own fault there. I also got roast beef which is always great.

Consistently great food and polite customer service. Makes other fastfood chains look like amateurs especially in customer service. Take notes McDonald’s seriously no match to Arby’s in terms of Consistency.

My husband and I got the new steak nuggets and the steak nuggets bowl. The steak taste like warm jerky. Its better to cook the steak ourself at home than to get it at arbys.

I work in town and occasionally take advantage of the online ordering/pickup before leaving town for home. Get online deals, order is always correct when I pick it up, staff is always friendly even though I’m just picking up food on the shelf. I’ve never left a review on a fast food restaurant, I thought this one warranted it.
