DO NOT go to this Subway. I ordered through their app and they did not have any of the items I wanted. They refused to give me a refund and said that I would have to call the next day to speak to the general manager (whose name she refused to give me) for a refund. They have messed my order up MANY times, but I kept giving them chance after chance. This was the last straw. I refuse to go to this Subway ever again. The do not care about their customers.

Tried ordering online. That was the worst thing I could do. How could you get a whole order wrong and everything literally everything is word for word on the receipt . Not only was all 5 sandwiches incorrect all the Italian herb and chess’s bread was hard as a rock . I will not do services with this location ever again.

Horrible customer service – walked in waited in line for 5 minutes until someone finally greeted me, young black man and a young chubby white girl were arguing on who would take my order. Once sorted out I gave them my order and asked what kind of bread was the freshest as i normally would and was given rude attitude. Young black man told me what i see is what i get and to go ahead with my order, Unprofessional service. I must say 0/10 would not recommend

Horrible customer service, especially after 4. The employees seem aggravated that they have to help you. They rather be on their phones then making your sandwich. Not a single employee is there to help.

Staff is rude. Makes me feel as if they’re inconvenienced that they have to work. Last time I went I greeted the employee. I said “Hey…How are you?” The employee (the only one I saw, so I can only assume the only one that was there) gave me a thumbs up. Then messed up one of my sandwiches. The only thing he said to me was “what else” and “$21.24”. I’ve been to this location several times hoping they may redeem themselves, but they haven’t. I won’t make the mistake of going back. I’ll drive a little further where my business is appreciated.

Don’t waste your time at this location. The guy behind the counter hates his job and it shows. Even if you greet him pleasantly he will ignore you and walk straight past like he hates the world and everyone in it. He doesn’t know customer service and if he worked for me I would fire him instantly. Go to the Subway in front of Rock Quarry Rd. The people aren’t worthless like this guy.. the gas station attendant was very pleasant though
