As a frequent diner with friends and family at The Centennial, I can give this restaurant FIVE + stars!! The menu selections are delicious, varied (scrumptious salads, unique sandwiches, daily specials) and changed every two weeks to offer a fantastic assortment for any taste! Did I mention the out of this world desserts?? The best!! Always good to call for a reservation as this place is busy!!

Very nice restaurant. Clean, accommodating. I only wanted a salad, they agreed, and charged me accordingly. I didn’t expect that. Food was great! My Aunt happened to be 96 which is the reason for the mini reunion. Some locals may recognize some here.

We were visiting family in Jefferson and went to lunch at the Centennial. The food was absolutely outstanding! There were 4 of us and we all tried something different and each one of us loved our dish. Excellent food, generous portions, wonderful service, reasonable prices and the atmosphere is chic and elegant. The Bell Tower Cake is a MUST.

Love The Centennial. The food is always fresh, the soups are great and the servers are attentive. My husband always gets enough to eat and says the Bell Tower Blend coffee is fabulous! The desserts are especially decadent and you will never go away hungry! The potions are huge and worth the price! The Centennial chicken salad is soooo good! And the building where the restaurant is located is beautiful. I also appreciate the fact that Chef Sara will offer gluten-free and some vegan options! It’s a must stop for lunch!

This “Labor of Love” restaurant is just what Jefferson needs! The food is delicious. The renovated historic building is lovely. And don’t get me started on the desserts! Bring a friend to share or just take one home all for yourself. Chef Sara brings her love of all things culinary to this fabulous dining experience. A must-go-to place in this wonderful community. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Centennial in Jefferson, Iowa. The food was incredible! Everything was cooked perfectly and all the flavors were spot on. I also have to give a shoutout to the owner, for her hospitality. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. I can honestly say that this is one of the best restaurants in the area. If you get the chance, you should definitely check out The Centennial!

The Centennial is such a fun place to go! The food is amazing! I have eaten there several times. I usually have to take some home, but recommend saving room for their incredible desserts! The staff is so friendly and the Chef comes out to the dining room to check on the tables. I can’t wait until my next visit!

I love The Centennial Salad with cranberry, almonds and chicken on a bed of greens. It is served with a cup of homemade soup and the bread of the day . Excellent every time I order it. I have enjoyed many additional dishes. Thank you Sara!
