You know how you can just tell some people hate their jobs? Well that’s how the gentleman was this morning around 11:15AM 04/11/25. I cheerfully walked in the gas station greeting the young man behind the Subway counter preparing what looked like a pick up order. He never even looked up to acknowledge me once. It looked like he was the only one there. He kept his head down but asked if I was picking up. I replied no and he replied then give me a minute. I said no problem let me know when you’re ready. I grabbed a bag of chips and stood in position against the wall adjacent to the prep line. A few minutes went by and I’m checking my Google maps because I had to be at work. I said let me set a timer for 5 minutes and if he doesn’t say anything to me by then I’ll say something. My timer went off and HE WALKED OFF!!! Lol starving and in disbelief I put the bag of chips back and left. I’m here at work now still hungry lol my hAnger is what prompted me to leave this review. Word of advice kids, if you can’t find joy or passion in what you do, find something else to do and stop punishing the rest of us. I despise bad customer service because who’s forcing you to be there?! He went to the back and I stayed long enough to see another customer come and go and take pictures. I barely made it to work on time but I still don’t have anything for lunch

I always eat here and I’ve never had any issues. I ordered online today because I didn’t want to wait in line. Big mistake. I arrived and my food was on the counter. The store was slow so I didn’t make a big deal about it. Then I needed a cup and I had to say HELLOOO for the young man to come to the front. I get home and I realize my meat isn’t cut up being that it’s not a sandwich still I decided not to make a fuss but when I took the meat out to cut it up myself there was only 2 slices of pepperoni and 2 slices of salami and I paid 1.50 for extra protein. Now I’m pissed. I tried to call but of course no one answered.

I like that they are serving vagi-pattys, some times I get bored with meat options so I try some vage mail options and it’s difficult sometimes to find place who serve vage options, but now I know where to go. I just know that the old owner and staff sell this place to another person and under new management, new staff members are completely way batter than old ones, they are polite responsible and much batter service. After new management highly recommended.

Straight up theft. The first time it happened I believed it when they said it was a fluke in the system as we ordered on the app paid and then they claimed that they didn’t have the order. Went round and round in circles for about a week till finally the manager lady said she would make the sandwiches for us but would not refund the money (seem like you know what you did) . Even though I provided proof in my bank app that I paid for them as well as in the receipt that I got the night they were purchased she still said well my employee said it didn’t show up on the computer so there’s nothing we can do. (like I said eventually made the sub) This was about a year ago. Well we decided to stop going there, but we really wanted to meatball sub so fast forward to about a month or so ago and we order in the app and the same thing happens again. This time we asked to see his screen to show us that there wasn’t nothing up there and he absolutely refused said he didn’t have to. My thing is if it was to soothe the customer and all you had to do was show them on your side of the screen there was nothing there, I would have done that. Confronted him once again showed him the bank were the money was drawn out as well as the subway receipt showing that the order had been placed and purchased and he said well it’s not on my screen oh well. Spoke to someone who claimed they were the manager but would not give me their name the nexr day on the phone and they said they were not going to refund the money to contact the 1-800 number to get it back. We did that and they told us contact the store to get our money back so it was just a run around. We just gave up as it was only like $8 but this is the second time this has happened here and our neighbor down the street said it happen to them as well about 2 months ago they had placed a big order of around $30 in the app and then they claim they didn’t get it on the computer and they never did receive their refund either. Buyer beware this isn’t a fluke this is obviously a common practice.

It sits inside of a gas station, so the atmosphere is what it is. I think they can do better in wrapping the sandwiches. the last 3 times I’ve been her the person making the sandwiches half wrap them and they are falling apart by the time I get home. It’s an easy fix.

How is everytime the 699FL app only promo occurs, all of our subway locations are out of the ham salami or anything to get promo. When go to location, I see the meats to make sandwich and yet the franchise does nothing to accomodate. Also DO NOT PLACE ORDER THROUGH APP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY CALL WEBSITE as nothing is advertised no online orders.

DO NOT go to this Subway. I ordered through their app and they did not have any of the items I wanted. They refused to give me a refund and said that I would have to call the next day to speak to the general manager (whose name she refused to give me) for a refund. They have messed my order up MANY times, but I kept giving them chance after chance. This was the last straw. I refuse to go to this Subway ever again. The do not care about their customers.

Staff is rude. Makes me feel as if they’re inconvenienced that they have to work. Last time I went I greeted the employee. I said “Hey…How are you?” The employee (the only one I saw, so I can only assume the only one that was there) gave me a thumbs up. Then messed up one of my sandwiches. The only thing he said to me was “what else” and “$21.24”. I’ve been to this location several times hoping they may redeem themselves, but they haven’t. I won’t make the mistake of going back. I’ll drive a little further where my business is appreciated.
