I have never had a issue here. I have only eaten at subway 3 times my whole life and this is the location that I have gone to. The food is ok. After all, It is subway. One time the meat had a refrigerated taste and the other two times it tasted fresh. The staff, no matter who it may have been on those days have always been nice and polite. Something I always look for in any restaurant is cleanliness of not only the restaurant but the staff as well. All have always been well groomed and manicured. Always friendly and polite. There is never really too long of a wait and they listen and pay attention to what you want. The bathroom was clean. Thank you management and staff!

Don’t go here if you are hungry, they measure and weigh the meat in little tiny trays not even enough for the bread. Then charge you more that other Subways. I got the Teriyaki Chicken with NO extras which is $5.29 online. They charge $6.99. One star is too much!

There are really not enough words to describe how great Sheilla is. I have gone into this location twice where she was working by herself and she was so fast, kind, and efficient. She got the line down quickly and kept a smile on her face the whole time even though I’m sure the crowd was overwhelming. A new employee came in during one of my visits and he was so nervous, but the way that Sheilla guided him was truly impressive. I am not sure who owns this establishment, but please do everything in your power to keep Sheilla. She is a true asset to this Subway and I am so impressed by her. Great employees are hard to find and she is one of the best. She is doing an awesome job and deserves praise.

Horrible customer service. The man working on the shift at 5 PM on weekends has terrible customer service and you can tell he really does not want to be there or be bothered with customers. Immediately upon walk in I was greeted with rudeness unnecessarily. Just trying to get a sandwich for son

I just got a sandwich there the customer service was phenomenal they were very nice I felt very skimped on meat for my sandwich they didn’t even put meat across the full footlong sandwich the veggies look like they had been sitting out all night the tomatoes were wilted and questionable the lettuce was pretty much questionable as well and I showed up at 11:50 in the morning or afternoon

Food was good. But be aware that they do not take any coupons or discounts due to lack of sales. Business 101. When sales are slow you increase your marketing and foot traffic. Not the opposite. I will look at the next Subway.

I walked into Subway I was the only customer in the building.. I waited and waited and waited, Then another lady entered the building she was served 1st because the lady recognized her and she ordered night 19 to go sub. I wanted to get the veteran day meal I’ve seen on the website and also get my other 2 children 2 subs but she proceeded to tell me something was wrong with the cash register I said well can I still get the free veteran day meal and she says they don’t offer it. She did let the lady that had 19 subspay tomorrow.

Terrible customer service. Listen, I know that this review won’t be read by many. It’s subway and most people aren’t going to look at reviews for a large chain of quick-serve sandwich shops. I’ve gone to this subway a couple times and had decent service. Today, I went in here and tried to use a coupon that had been previously accepted before at this location. After first forgetting to toast my sandwich, the employee informed me that they don’t accept coupons at their location. When I told him that I had no problem last time,employee asked me if I knew who had accepted it last time. I told the employee that I didn’t get the name, but it wasn’t a problem last time. Guess I’ll have to start taking down names and credentials before I swipe next time. Employee then wordlessly slid the sandwiches across and walked over to start another order. Trust me, I get that it was just a coupon for a small transaction. Its more about the way it was handled. It was enough to make me irritated and leave this review.

Awesome people. Guy hooked me up on tuna and veggies, without even having to ask. Sweet tea was just right, not too sweet, which is hard to find. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, with the exception of washing my hands before I ordered.

I have eaten at this restaurant every Saturday for a year with no issues. It’s always a very good experience. However, last Thursday, I stopped to pick up a footlong roast beef with all the veggies, and while I was eating the sandwich I kept biting into something extremely hard. It felt like a sharp piece of dried pepper. I called the store and upon returning my sandwich, it was replaced. I took the new sandwich home and began to eat half. About midway through, I bit down on another sharp, hard object that went through my gum, slicing it open. After spitting it out, I realized it was a long (1/2 inch) wooden splinter. I’m assuming it was the same item I found in the first sandwich. Very painful. I didn’t bother calling back because I don’t want anymore injuries.
