Guy that was working todah made us the best sub we’ve ever had with lots of sauce! And even told us it was cheaper to buy more cookies! Just all around very friendly place was clean and food was bangin!!!!

I walked in and nobody acknowledged me until I had been standing there for at least 15 minutes because they were making a huge order for a lady in front of me that was 6 subs. After they got only halfway through that order, one of the ladies working there told me they had to make 3 doordash orders before they could take my order. Those doordash orders were supposed to already have been ready because the doordash driver was already there waiting. After they made those orders and standing there for over 30 minutes, they finally took my order. Not to mention there were 3 other guests waiting in line behind me. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have made my order as they made that other ladies, instead of making wait through her huge order and all the doordash orders. There were multiple employees working there so I don’t see why they couldn’t help multiple guests at the same time. Pretty bad experience all around and probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I should’ve known from the time I stepped inside I should’ve walked back out. I was so hungry my judgement was obviously bad. I opened my sandwich and after I ate a bite of it I noticed hairs on the end of it!! Little blonde hairs! If I could give this subway a negative 5 I would.

Pretty bad experience, just was going to grab a sandwich simply just asked how the workers day was she seemed to mumble something so I thought nothing of it. Then just seemed like she just didn’t want to be there threw my sandwich on the counter, got an attitude with me when I didn’t hear when she asked me if I want a drink or anything else. Just felt like I was bothering her just wanting a sandwich.

First off let start by saying they as soon as we walked in one of the gentlemen kindly let us know they only had wheat and flat bread. This was around 7:30 ish. The restaurant was clean and we’ll stocked. I don’t know what happened with the bread but the reason I still give them 5 stars is because these 2 gentlemen were very friendly, subs were delicious. I assume maybe the store was short staffed during the day or maybe someone else forgot to thaw and cook bread. Always remember that the people behind the counter are human beings and should be treated with the same respect as if they were on the other side of the counter. Couldn’t ask for kinder people or better service and very much seemed to be doing their absolute best.

I had placed a mobile order. Order was set to be ready for pickup at 1:10 PM EST. I arrived at the location only to be told that they were out of bread and it would be a 30 minute wait. I requested to cancel my mobile order, to which I was told I would have to process that on the app. The app directed me to CALL THE STORE to cancel the order. I left the store with no resolution, and no lunch. I call the store, as directed to do so by the store personnel, and spoke with what I am sure of, was the same person who advised me to cancel through to app. Over the phone, I was advised that who I was speaking to could not cancel the order, as they were not authorized to do so. I requested for them to get me to someone who could. They advised the manager was not in. I had to PRY for information as to WHEN the manager would be in, and was advised 4:30PM. There was no offer to not make the order, take my name/number/order information down, and they would pass it along to their manager for further resolution. My card has was charged for the food I never received.

Horrible , horrible , horrible. Paid for a $60 order that was “never sent” to the store through the online app. Go to pickup order (with receipt mind you) and they wouldn’t allow us to pick up the order and when a refund was mentioned last night 03/13/2021 they said we would have to return on the following morning (today: 03/14/2021) to get the refund when the manager was in. Once again wasted gas to this store in order to “get the refund” only to have no manager to process the refund there. The ladies at the counter refused to let us have the number to their manager, general manager, district manager or what have you in order to get some sort of resolve. Only told us we would have to call corporate Monday to get our refund. So no food and $60 later all I have is a headache and a want to never return to Subway again.
