The customer service sucks. It’s a black girl with braids that’s rude, unprofessional and alwaysss have an attitude. It was extremely hot inside felt like a sauna!!! Ceiling fans were on low smh ! The glass on the front door been broken forever! Very dangerous!

Very Poor Customer Service. Manager was NOT wearing his Mask.We weren’t greeted when We walked inside, the workers were very grumpy asked them can we order and only reply we recieved was you have to wait smh how would we even know if we had to wait if they never greeted us and said anything these people were just walking around us like we were even there. Yea These people don’t like working here then they need to shut the place down . Food also looked old and set out and wasn’t refreshed.

I made an order on the Subway app. I got the receipt in my e-mail and it updated saying they were making my order. When my mother went for pick-up, the staff said they never received an online order. I rechecked my inbox and there was no notice of cancellation and no refund found. These people made me repurchase another sandwich.
