Extremely rude young girl. Claim that she is sick at 8:25 pm ( supposed to work until 9pm ) extremely unprofessional and lazy. Also said to customer “ I can make you the sandwich if you wanna become sick“ horrible experience, not coming again. When I took a picture of her , she tried to hide and put hood on! Left 15 people behind hungry, who arrived at business hours.

7:40pm. Told that they won’t serve me because they need to close. Supposed to close at 9. I commute the same route regularly. This has happened several times, all with the same woman working. Hilarious how many people have had the same experience. Obviously the owner doesn’t care. Eat somewhere else.

Very poor service. I brought two garlic bread meatballs marinara for $28 and that was fine but I got home and got sick The meatballs did not taste good and I threw up. I brought the other sandwich back for a refund and they would not give me a refund she claimed it’s not like this is a retail store where you brought a piece of clothing. Smh this is unbelievable. Then the black lady manager said if I went to the hospital and tried to make a cause I would probably loose. And that she absolutely cannot give back a refund. Unbelievable this is so wrong.

Worst service, I came here at night, since nobody was there at front, I just called “excuse me, is anyone there?” One person replied from back with harsh tone “disgusting” even after he comes served with high attitude. Attempted to order 2 ham egg and cheese wraps. Employee began preparing 1 egg and cheese wrap, acted surprised when I said I had asked for 2. No ham. Attempted to order coffee, which is on their menu and was very snippily told they don’t have it. Pretty sure I got overcharged.
