Haven’t been here in years!!! Must say, food is a lot better now than how I remembered it. Good quality burgers, love the french fries and shakes. The service is friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. The seats in the booths are a little outdated but not unfixable. Also whish they offered more Chicken or non-meat options for the burgers. Would recommend.

When I walked in steak and shake there wasn’t even a line, even though it was rush hour. So it didn’t took long to get my food. The food that I ordered (which is on the picture) was really delicious and would recommend to come back again!!!

The food is good. I love the price. But I hate the disconnect from people. You place your order on a kiosk and then they yell out your name to come pick up a tray and you don’t see anyone. I used to like Steak & Shake because it gave an old-school diner feel… but now it’s really out of touch… but I guess that’s just the way the world is today. But food was good. Clean eating area. Great price.

Update….I had lowered the stars till today. When we went yesterday, I found they really have improved their self ordering. Actually, one of the managers was right there and entered ours. The food was done very quickly, was delicious and the staff very helpful. I do miss having a waitress though. But everything else was great. Also, it was very clean and not crowded.

We went for the 1st time for dine in since the pandemic. We understand that they got rid of wait staff and opted for kiosks, which to me is not what I want to deal with having a party of 4 and an inpatient toddler while I figure out the kiosk. Then when we received our food, it tasted NOTHING like it did when we use to go and he price was ridiculous considered the quality of food we got. I got the double cheeseburger and the mayo tasted so sweet and off, it literally made my stomach hurt. I couldn’t finish my food because I got so sick. My husband got the garlic burger and he had the same issue with the garlic sauce. We were both so sick the rest of the day. We will definitely not return to this location or any location for that matter. I don’t know what changed with the food, but they made the wrong choice.

I think this is relevant to all steak and shakes, actually fast food restaurants in general. The kiosk thing is absolutely ridiculous. I guess if you frequent some of these places you know what you want, but standing at a machine trying to view the menu is just stupid. They need to hire people. And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip!!! For what?? I had to order my food, and then go pick it up!

I love this place. Our server Michael was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and attentive. The prices were good and the food was excellent. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The new pumpkin spice shake was awesome! It was eh for cleanliness but it was also super busy. I would totally recommend.
