❄️ ️ Honestly probably the most consistent and easy lunch spot at Bayside Marketplace. The staff always seems genuinely happy to see you and they keep things moving efficiently without making you feel rushed. The menu has some fun mix and match options and there is truly something for everyone, making it a reliable go-to whether you’re local or visiting. Genesis took great care of us, which really rounded out the experience.

We visited the Chili’s at Bayside Marketplace and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude, and the tall male server with a goatee-style beard who was working around 3 PM was openly disrespectful. The way we were treated felt racist, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable.
This is a major tourist location where people from all over the world come to eat, and there is absolutely no excuse for racist behavior from staff. A restaurant in a global tourist hub should be welcoming, inclusive, and professional — this place was the exact opposite.
Based on our experience, I strongly suggest that international tourists and visitors avoid this location. No one deserves to be treated the way we were.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE EVER HAD. We went today march 3rd for our date night and we had a terrible experience from start to finish our server jay made us feel so uncomfortable he took our order 15 minutes after we were seated and then when we finally got to order i didnt get my soup until 45 minutes we had already finished our main meal later when we finally finished and paid we gave him a 3$ tip which he didnt even deserve he deserves nothing and to be fired i was finishing my chips and dip when I asked him for the container to go the meal I got contained 3 dips which means he would bring me 3 dips cups and the container for the chips he only brought me 2 when I asked for another one he complained and said while he walked away from us he only gave me 3$ for a tip he meaning my husband super super disrespectful I have never heard such disrespectful words come out of a waiters mouth even at the worst restaurants ive gone to its completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior how he treated his customers we paid for our food and even gave him a tip and he still couldnt even do his job it was his fault for bringing 2 dip cups to go when theres 3 dips in the meal you cant get mad at me and my husband and complain about your tip when you dont know how to do your job me and my husband both work in customer service jobs and we know what it is to give a customer hospitality and actual care about there needs not to earn a reward behind it but to make the customer happy chilis do better and fire this man jay wont survive in this industry with his terrible attitude and ignorant ego. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY CHILI’S LOCATION AFTER JAYS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Placed an over the phone order and when I got there they lost my order and had to remake it. I ordered a 3 for me 6 oz sirloin medium rare and it came well done, ordered a cup of chicken enchilada soup with no tortilla strips and they put them inside my soup, ordered Texas cheese fries and there was barley any cheese on them. As a team member from another restaurant I’ve never been so disappointed in a chilis restaurant before until this location. My chilis would never.

I love going to Chili’s in bayside..it delicious but I always get a bad service They always take a long time to take my order. This time they brought me a couple of cutlery, and there were four of us. They even took a long time to bring the bill. I had to ask another waitress because the one who served me didn’t show up. I don’t know if there’s a shortage of staff for such a busy place.

Jamie was our server. Very pleased with our service and he was so professional. Food was ok and was pretty loud and busy in the restaurant but Jamie made sure our family was taken care of and our dinner was enjoyable. Very humble gentleman and great at what he does. Definitely would only go back if he was our server. Thanks for the great service.

We went on a Saturday night and there were long queues. Once in we ordered two burgers but in one the patty was too red (even for me!), so we sent it back to be cooked a little more. We then waited over 45 minutes for the replacement to arrive. It didn’t. Staff were good and agreed to take one burger off our bill. The one I had was nice, but not great. Also too many people on the table next to us. Think it was a 30th birthday party for someone. We were just happy to be leaving.
