I have to say for my first time visiting no one told us to wait to be seated. Then when we were ordering we seen others coming in and people were searing them down. Also i noticed that it seems like they had a bit of a attude. I pulled cash out my purse to pay for our meal she hit the credit button and then kept hiting cancle. She froze the register and got mad! Oh and they never asked if it was a togo order they just assumed. Mcdonlds always ask you! Idk if I will go back to them. But their burgers were good their fries were skinny and dry. Salt and ketchup couldent help them. Now their shakes were awsome. Again going by they pictures they all look good the only things were good was the shakes and burgers!

My first SNS was in Saint Louis. It was staffed by three middle aged ladies. The best burger and fries ever. Food took 10 minutes to prepare. This SNS in Millersville was destroyed by the franchise owners daughter who he passed it onto when the business began to become unpopular. This place has bad surrounding demographics and lots of employees don’t work. just fuss. Its too bad because the McDonalds and Wendy’s are nearby and the run better operations.

I’m sooo disappointed. The first time I tried this place it was awesome. A week after, today around 2:30pm to be exact it was horrible. The drive through girl was rude af. She acted like I was a crazy person for smiling at her, she forgot my straws, and got my order incorrect. Then the lettuce on my burger was literally rotten. No wonder there’s NEVER ANYONE there or in the drive thru. The bald guy and dude with dreads there today were great and super attentive!

Charged me the wrong amount and then gave me the correction back as small change (I paid with a card…), then I waited 20 minutes before the guy to come back and ask for my buzzer and receipt. Whoops they had it done a earlier except forgot to ring it. Worst carry out experience Only giving it a second star because the seasoning salt you can buy for 2 bucks is to die for. Its sad because this is a great chain overall with fresh and unique food and there should be more good locations on the east cost.

Out of a 27$ the fries are smaller than mcdonalds the cokes are gd size and the sandwiches look like SHI@ for 27$these sandwiches look like dollar menu meal O and it only took literally 120 seconds which tells me all this stuff was already made and been sitting thats why the buns are compressed and buns are wet with meat oil its probably a health time regulations there breaking serving customers food sitting under the heaters for hours i suggest not comming here or asking them to make it fresh this place was gd years ago
