So I ordered the Blazing wings. They are the spiciest wings on the menu. The waitress didnt bring me the Mountain Dew that I ordered but still charged me. The service was pretty bad I had to flag her down as she was sitting in a booth chatting with what seemed to be a co-worker.

It took 19 mins to get another beer, and going on 33 mins since ive finished my food that was at room temperature when it came out. Ive never had an experience like todays where the bartender at this location has 6 customers, and never asked how my food was, or if i need another beverage.

Worst customer service ever. The host completely ignored me to take my name for a set after waiting in line for 10 mins. After getting the information from my husband she set 4 couples ahead of us before approach her. After approaching her she didn’t even have my name on the list after my husband gave to her. This was after waiting 20 mins. This host was hispanic and every other couple that she set before was too. After requesting her manager she never showed any care. This was the worst service ever and I may be releasing the video to prove it. This was around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave after speaking with a manager that decided to make excuses instead of a simple apology. Discrimination and racism played a big part int this.

This place going down by the month used to be one of my favorites places to relax after work for a beer but can’t even handle the dinning tables with 5 waiters. Took 15 mins for my beer to arrive and it arrived with my food with no napkins , got the wrong wing flavors and the manager with an ugly attitude , sat a table for 6 before a 2 person table with a lot of seats available like ??? Even the bartender had to help them out ♂️

Horrible customer service! People have the tendency to push their bad attitude and ignorance off on customers just because they dont feel like being at work but happy to reap the rewards from my hard earned money on payday! Managers need to pay attention to these kinds of reviews when customers are specifically complaining about this locations ignorant nonchalant customer service or hire a new manager who gives a damn!

One evening we dined in at this location and inquired about having wings catered for an upcoming Men’s Conference to be held at our church. Mr. Carl, the manager on duty helped us with the order. We placed the order about 3 weeks out from the scheduled date of pick-up. About one week out, Mr. Carl contacted us to go over the order and to let us know that he will be out of town when we picked up our order but Bryson would assist us when we arrived at the restaurant. Once we arrived Mr. Bryson came out and greeted us and told us that our order was being packaged. The wings were hot, fresh and a WILD HIT at our event! A BIG THANKS to Mr. Carl, Mr. Bryson and the Buffalo Wild Wings Team there in Mesquite, TX for adding flavor to our event!
