Closed at random times. Place orders and get charged only to arrive at 12:40am to cones in the drive thru. Arrive at 2:30am, or 4, or 5:30, it’s a total toss up if they’ll actually be open. If you’re placing an order late night, good luck getting it right, hot, or with any custom stuff you paid for ahead of time. You definitely can’t have all three. You rarely get any. During the day service (and food) is better (but this location definitely has issues with honoring mods made on the app).

in the past few months, this has easily become one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and it’s sad because this used to be one of my favorite ones to go to. We’ve had multiple occasions where we’ve had to go back inside to grab items, but this morning was absolutely ridiculous, I ordered on the app and I put the order for drive-through when we got there. The drive-through was packed so I went to change the order to curbside the app kept glitching and then I wasn’t able to even see the drive-through code anymore so my husband went inside. I had sent him a picture of the receipt with the order number they made him come back outside and get my phone because they had to personally see the order on the person who orders it phone, which I’ve never heard of before then finally he gets our food brings it out and he says I thought we had drinks. I told him we did have drinks , so he goes back inside to get those and the employees starts complaining about how because we didn’t go through drive-through they’re not even gonna get paid for this order and now she’s having to make extra drinks. drinks that we never even got in the first place, which she also made the wrong drink. I had ordered a hot coffee. She gave me an iced coffee, and the coffee was so old it actually our tasted sour so I paid an up on my order to go with the biscuits for our breakfast and instead of jelly, they gave us a bunch of ketchup

This is one of the busiest locations since we are close to I-95. The staff still does the best job possible to help people quickly and efficiently. If a mistake is made, they make it right. The fries are always fresh too.

There was a female attending to the customers and cleaning in the lobby today. I saw her go way above and beyond for an elderly couple on a “lunch date”, who needed a little assistance. It warmed my heart to see that. Then she walked around and asked all the customers dinning in if they were ok… I usually don’t take time to do these, but with service like that I had to shout her out!! Great job

I work close by to this location. I don’t go here often, usually when Chic FIL A is closed. The food qual here is the absolute poorest I’ve ever seen. They will serve you fries that are hours old. I got a Big Mac here the bun was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The establishment is a big homeless hangout as well. I wish I knew who the owner was so I could email them.

This McDonald’s at night has became a nightmare, cant seem to keep employees the other night it was “closed” at 1:30am they said because they had no staff but had just one that night to keep the lights on I guess. Another night specifically 4/23/2023. I ordered drive through and was stuck between cars wasn’t able to get out of being in the line for over 25mins. Will drive further.

Ordered online and got a deal for 30% off a meal. Food was ready once I arrived (about 7 minutes) but kitchen was busy fulfilling breakfast orders so I waited a few minutes to get my meal. They forgot my sauce but otherwise was a great experience.

Mc Donald’s doesn’t seem to be open 24 hours any more.. everytime I come here late night the system “experiencing technical difficulties” & if Mc Donald’s suddenly isn’t 24 hrs anymore then cool but prob update your website to say so…Getting to the story I pulled into the drive thru at 4:00 and a man nicely told me “we are currently closed for the hour due to maintenance but, we will be back open at 4:30” so I waited bc it was only a couple mins to 4:30 anyhow so I waited until 4:45 just incase maybe they weren’t ready and the man said once again “sorry we are closed and will be open at 5” so I said “you said 4:30 when I just came at 4 ?” And a woman in the background rudely screamed “GiRL wE OpeN aT 5” and the man said “sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties” why did she open her mouth when I was just stating what they told me. The place supposed to be open any way !

Food was nice and fresh, but what’s up with the service here? Forgot bacon on the burger so I went up to the counter to ask for a side of bacon, was ignored for about a good 8 mins by everyone walking past me INCLUDING the manager. By the way, we were the only people in line.
