What a fun and unexpected find! Spiritual is a hidden speakeasy tucked away in a town you’d never expect to have one and that’s what makes it even better. From the moment you ring the doorbell and the little slot opens “old-school” style to check if you’re in the know, you realize this is going to be something special.

The vibe inside is intimate and effortlessly cool; low lighting, creative cocktails, and a soundtrack that fits the mood just right. The bartenders are talented and personable, crafting drinks that are as fun as the experience itself.

It’s the kind of place that makes you forget you’re in southern Utah for a bit; a perfect blend of mystery, style, and charm. If you’re looking for something unique, Spiritual delivers that “hidden-in-plain-sight” magic.

This is a really cool bar in St. George! Our team came down to St. George for work and stumbled upon this place while we were walking downtown.

I love how they setup the space and the tarot reader front is genius for a speakeasy-themed establishment. The owner came and chatted with our group and showed us the progress of his upstairs renovation! They also have one of the best mezcal selections in the state!

We had such an amazing time here! My boyfriend and I stopped in once during our little vacation in St. George and loved it so much that we ended up coming back three times The bartender is incredibly nice, welcoming, and super personable — he really made us feel at home and added to the fun every visit. The atmosphere is great, the vibes are spot on, and it quickly became our go-to spot while we were in town. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in St. George! ✨

One of the best bars in town. Drinks ks are pricey but very delicious! Service is a little slow because there are only a few bartenders. The vibe is a dark New Orleans jazz bar but it gets rather lively after 10pm. Get there early because the best couches are usually hard to find. All in all, it is a great place to chill and relax.

i really like this place for drinks more than the other spots in town! chill vibe, really good cocktails, the people working are so nice, and i love the decor. just as a suggestion comment from a customer: i wish they would do themed music nights or something like that! i’ve been to bars in other cities that have organized themed parties on weekends/holidays that i think would attract the younger crowd in st. george to spiritual. a lot of my friends in my age group would prefer to go to a different spot because they want to dance. i get that! i do like the chill vibe they have, but sometimes i do wish they would switch it up every once in a while

Great drinks, appetizers, and atmosphere. The staff is incredible and the bar tender makes the best drinks I’ve had in St. George, UT. I make sure to visit this place each time I’m here visiting for work. The Turkish coffee is also a must try – very unique!

What a unique place! Goth meets 1800’s London. Seating areas are arranged for various group sizes (we were a group of 3). You can talk and sip without feeling rushed. The bartender was so informative about the drink making process. We were there on a weekday shortly after opening so we had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend for a unique experience in STG.

This was our second visit, again with my son Jordan, and it somehow felt even better than the first. Spiritual is a real gem of a find — a bit like a secret bar you’re thrilled to be in on. John, the co-owner, was absolutely amazing, taking the time to talk with us and share the history of the bar. That personal touch makes you feel like more than just customers; you feel like part of the story. With its atmosphere, character, and genuine hospitality, Spiritual delivers that special “hidden treasure” experience every time.

So we have been coming to Spiritual Parlor for well over 2 years and it’s long past due for a review. They have only continued to get better. If you want to chill with some crafted cocktails, no problem. If you want to dance with a DJ upstairs, no problem. The level of craft and skill is unmatched, and the continued training of all the mixologists ensures a consistently superb experience. The service is always excellent and professional. They will be happy to cater to your taste with a crafted cocktail, or help you explore flavors you didn’t know you liked. We will continue to be regulars! Highly recommended!
