Top tier customer service here!! Asked if something was in stock, was told yes, then they immediately apologized because it wasn’t. Told them no worries and I went to order something else and they said they can whip up something similar if I’d like. Told them sure! Asked what flavors I like and in what style. Ended up getting my new favorite drink. Definitely going to be coming here more often!

They’ve gotten a whole new staff or something. No one can make a drink right any more and I’ve been so disappointed. I wanted my strawberry lemonade refresher with extra lemonade, but they gave me extra strawberry syrup and it’s disgusting.

I only use this Starbucks when visiting family in Belfair and I dread my upcoming experience every time. Consistently the staff gets at least one if not multiple orders wrong (no pumps of toffee nut in a drink requesting three, consistently mixing up a water base refresher with a lemonade or pink drink, etc), does not clean their supplies as evident by the lingering taste of espresso beans in my strawberry acai refresher (how does that even happen?!), the only upside is the upbeat attitude of the staff but that does not make up for incompetence.

Pricey for what you get, Chai tea was was expensive and marginal, when I mentioned it to our Barista she said she heard that often, added a couple more pumps if syrup……the store itself was clean empty abd a pleasant place to talk

We’ve had a few good experiences but after today I’ll never return to this location. I’ve had the same Starbucks coffee order for about 15 years now. Always the same order at locations all over the state. Today I was told they can’t add extra ice to a frappuccino. I always order a grande coffee frap with 3 added hot shots, extra ice, in a venti cup, with whipped cream and caramel drizzle ontop. I actually like coffee and the taste of coffee. Obviously 3 added hot shots will not fit into the grande recipe and a good portion of the drink is dumped out in the blender. I order a smaller size drink with a bigger cup to accommodate for the extra shots, extra ice to account for the hot shots. I’ve done this for 15 years, never an issue! The “man” who took my order was extremely rude, cut me off from my order with a “whoa whoa whoa, we can’t add ice to a frappuccino. It changes the consistency.” Yeah, obviously that’s what I wanted, I wanted it thicker because of the hot shots melting the ice. I nicely explained that I order it this way (even at this location) often, for 15 years. He told me no, that they can’t do that. I canceled my entire order and went across the parking lot to go to the Safeway Starbucks. They had no issue or idea why I was denied, they even laughed about it a bit while they made my order, and told me that yes if the customer orders it that way, they make it that way. The Safeway Starbucks knows how to make good coffee AND happy customers, maybe they should come train the actual Starbucks people across the parking lot. A tip to the belfair Starbucks, coffee drinkers don’t like to be told how they can order their coffee. It’s one thing to offer some experience and inform me if something you think is an issue, it’s another thing to be completely rude and tell me no, then make up a lie and say you “can’t” like it’s a policy. I’ve had a handful of issues at this location but today was worth the negative review. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat someone who’s been a loyal customer for years. I’ll continue to enjoy my Starbucks at the Safeway location where I feel my money and tips are appreciated, and I get exactly what I’ve ordered. Obviously the belfair Starbucks doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or money. The picture is of the drink SAFEWAY Starbucks made, clearly marking how to make my order, even with a smiley! It’s not that difficult….

Got 3 frappes a mocha frappe a matcha frappe and caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and for some reason, they all tasted watered down.. I did, however, enjoy the cheese Danish.
