Place was like black Friday at Wal-Mart. No employees cleaning. Out of beans chciken and steak. My online order was to be picked up at 1:20. I finally got it at 1:45. Line wrapped around the building for drive through. The inside line was out the doors onto the sidewalk. My burrito is maybe 3-4 big bites. Hot glass cokes. I will never be back to this place in my life. Lucky them.

We made an online order for 5 bowls, 2 chips and guac and a burrito. 3 of the bowls were made incorrectly and we were missing both chips. Contacted customer service and their response was to give me a free chip and guac on my app. I asked for a refund. Says he’d refund it and immediately ended the chat. Now our dinner is ruined and I’m out $60. Off to spend more money on food from somewhere else.

They need to SLOW DOWN and stop rushing people through the line. I was trying to get food for 3 people at once, and I was being asked about all 3 meals at the same time by multiple people. It is so stressful to not be able to finish a thought. I was so distracted that I didn’t realize they neglected to give my daughter the meat I ordered for her build-your-own kids tacos. I get that you’re trying to hurry, and that’s appreciated, but there comes a point where it’s too much.

I am finally fed up enough with this location to give it the review it deserves. I RARELY write a bad review but seriously this place needs new management, new employees. Every single time something is wrong. From the dips missing or tge chips missing for dip. But today….. 3 tacos with literally almost nothing in them. One of them literally had 2 pieces of chicken and a little sour cream beside the whopping 2 pieces of chicken. Like what in the world is wrong with this place? They literally can’t get it correct even 1/4 of the time.

This place is an absolute joke ran by a bunch of lazy teens. The restaurant was slow and the employees refused to clean the tables. It is sickening and I would be embarrassed to claim it as a manager or owner!

Ordered chicken Al pastor tacos and one taco has no chicken and the other two had 1-3 small pieces of chicken. Picked up on my way to work so couldn’t go back to have corrected.

The people at this Chipotle were working as fast as they could. It wasn’t busy but had a steady flow of customers. One worker was on register, making drive-through orders, and helping the 2 people on the front line. Our food was made to order however we had to wait 5 minutes to pay, while the guy was doing all the other work. There were no napkins and a big puddle of something leaking under the soda machine. The tables were not cleaned and we had water under our table. I could not find salas and gave up asking the counter people for some. I’m not sure why but perhaps they were short staffed or it was not great management. The counter staff did the best they could. They are the saving grace of this Chipotle.

This is quite possibly one of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever visited. Anytime we go in they’re always rude to some capacity. they never have something (chicken, beans, rice, guacamole). Then it’s filled with young unproductive workers who refused to take our order the other day. We walked in and no one greeted us for about 3 mins, although they were standing on the line making a mobile order. One young man left and took care of someone at the pickup before even helping us. Moral of the story we never got serviced and I ended up leaving. I spend way too much money with Chipotle to be treated like that. They need new workers who know how to service individuals.

I never have to leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a food place. Ordering online is a nightmare. Our food was supposed to be ready at 8:10 and we didn’t leave until 9. Stood there and watched other people coming in immediately get their food. All the employees had an attitude except for one girl at the front. When we called customer service, they blew it off like it was no big deal. Food was gross. Smallest burrito a chipotle has ever made and chips were nothing but stale and salt. Never going back there.
