Went in tonight after working my shift and thought huh would be nice to get some food and not cook right. Well.. walked in and the place was absolutely disgusting. Stuff all long back counter, meats looked like they hadn’t been changed all day. Queso almost brown looking due to not being changed and I still even as dumb as I am ordered something. When prompted on sauces I would like i got given 4 choices. I asked for sour cream or ranch and got told “yeah but those arent sauces. You asked for sauce” oh well the attitude given wasn’t needed either thanks dude. When got to the register my fiance goes I dont want anything and I can see why now. Went home took two bites and its probably the most sour taste ive ever had in my entire life. Definitely should’ve listened to him but maybe im dumb. Customer service was beyond rude and maybe if your cashier is feeling naueous have her step off the line instead of wave her face with a lid of a bowl. Definitely not coming back to this place and most definitely would like people to know why.

Disappointed. The portions have gotten way smaller. What happened? I eat here 2–3 times a month, and ever since November, the portions have been noticeably smaller even when I select extra on everything. There’s so much empty space in the bowl now, and it definitely wasn’t like this before.
Not sure if it’s a new employee or if Qdoba’s cutting costs, but this isn’t what I’m paying for. The last photo is Chipotle from Nov 26. I switched from Chipotle to Qdoba because the portions were better, but at this rate, I don’t see myself coming back to Qdoba.

Queso was thick like a soup, yet flavorful. Try the pickled onions , yum! Large dining area with nice toons and the service was excellent. We will be back!

This place is great! If you’re looking for this kind of Mexican food, definitely choose Qdoba over Chipotle or Moe’s! Bigger portions and better food at Qdoba. Not to mention guac and queso are not an extra charge! Friendly staff and quick service. Can be a little pricey, but I usually eat my bowl for two lunches!

Usually I have a good experience here. The whole one time I’ve been there. I felt very rushed and when i asked for toppings they just looked at me like I was asking too much. Or that I was stupid. I now have a very plain and crappy looking bowl. Do better. The second bowl was what it should have been. If they would have just listened to me!!!
To add, I asked for mixed vegetables later on and she wasn’t paying attention and put them in the bowl after mine and instead of making us new bowls she just took the veggies out of the woman’s bowl and put it in mine! Like really!

Such a nice place with friendly employees and fantastic food. I’m both celiac and allergic to wheat and this was so much better than chipotle!!!! I had the Habinaro lime steak with all the toppings including mango salsa, guacamole, cilantro and marinaded onions. Good eats!

I got a bowl and a taco on the side, the bowl was AMAZING and exactly what I was looking for, I like the many toppings options and varieties of flavors you can create. The taco (soft shell) tortilla just couldn’t hold the weight of the toppings so I didn’t eat it but maybe that was my fault lol. I definitely recommend

I came in today on my lunch break (9/19 1030am). For the second time in a row they weren’t ready to serve me. Said it would be 5 minutes. They said they had a ton of caterings today, which my heart goes out to you, but…
Anyway, I started putting up a stink and the 2 young guys working knew what was up. They jumped too and got me exactly what I wanted. It was fresh and delicious.
Shout out to those 2 guys.
Thumbs down to the manager who was sitting outside chatting with someone who left the door unlocked. Which is how I was able to get in even tho they weren’t ready.
