Really clean! Unfortunately didn’t get any food. I came in at 9:15 pm and they had put the line of food up already and they said oh…. if you want we can get you food. I didn’t want to put anybody out so I just left and said no, thank you though. I totally get getting out of places like at a reasonable time. The manager explained to me that they had to get everybody out at 10:00.Just a heads up if you’re there at about 9:15 pm.

Ordered online for delivery. However I didn’t get one of my items. I ended up driving to pick it up a little frustrated . Evidently the dasher took the burrito. I went into Qdoba with a not so nice attitude and a little infuriated, but they were very nice and understanding. The bearded gentleman that took care of me did an excellent job diffusing the situation. He did keep offering me free items to make up for the overweight thieving dasher issue but I refused. I left with my missing item in a happier mood.

While the Qdoba in Northwest Arkansas is temporarily closed, I decided to go to the Qdoba in Joplin while I was visiting my family. And I noticed that all locations have the same great quality! And during all the moments when I go to Qdoba, I’ll have a chicken quesadilla and then a brownie for dessert. And I also like the Qdoba rewards program.

Disappointed.. The food did not taste good and it looked unappetizing. The workers were nice, but did not wear any time of hair net or hat which is very unhygienic. Will not return.

Love going here, they have so much stuff to choose from to put on your burrito or bowl. The bowl also comes with a tortillas if requested and you don’t have to pay extra for queso or guacamole

Joanna was very nice and helped my out when Doordash didn’t. I never got my order and she was kind enough to send someone to give me my food since I couldn’t leave my place of work. Let’s just say, the customer service and food were both excellent!
