I used to come here a lot before work in the morning and for a while there was great service, I would get my order in a timely manner, and I enjoyed my experience. The last 3 times I have come to this location, I had to leave without my order so I won’t be late to work after about 20-25 minutes of waiting in store (I also always mobile order ahead of time). I talked to a couple other people in the lobby and they were in the same situation. I wish they would pause mobile orders when they are slammed so they aren’t wasting people’s time.

Very kind staff, amazing at this very location, excellent customer service, very welcoming, and great artwork/decor. It is also a great place to get coffee, cold or hot, it doesn’t matter because the staff will give it their all. This is also a go to for me when I get coffee commuting on my way home from school, especially a hot caramel macchiato. I’d also get a cake pop, which is a quick and insanely delicious delicacy. Thanks again guys I really enjoyed the experience at this location.

I went there for a fundraiser event to help collect donations for Special Olympics and the employees were very friendly and courteous. They took care of us while we were there. Their breakfast sandwiches, drinks and pastries are very good.
