Only one woman was working when I came in and she talks down to you, like she doesn’t care. She appeared to be the owner and just seemed incredibly cheap. I put in a mobile order with a subway deal, and when I walked in there’s a sign that says some thing like, “we do not participate in promos.” Clearly I could still order through the app for pickup. As she was about to wrap my sandwich I asked “is it toasted?” She had a heavy Indian accent but I could make out something like, “I don’t toast because it’s a $12 sandwich that you’re getting for $5”…..seriously? You won’t toast my sandwich because I saved $7 on your app?

One of the best experiences in a chain restaurant I’ve had. Polite, well trained and respectful staff takes real care with each sandwich made. Also a clean and well maintained location. In my opinion this branch should be used as a training example for the company!

The store itself is in a nice little strip where there isn’t a ton of food traffic so it’s nice and peaceful in addition to being right by a lot of the fun stuff in Franklin Lakes. The employees were nice, greeting me when I came in and making sure my sammich was as I wanted it. The food is what you expect coming from a Subway so it’s ok not great but if you’re going there you should know what to expect anyway, so no point docking a star for that imo.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. The gentleman who took my order was so nice and very sweet, made small talk, too. Wasn’t cold or rude, like most Subway guys. My sub was perfect, fresh, and FILLED to the brim! No puny subs here!!

I ordered through the website for a pick up, I was given a certain time and when I arrived, the worker didn’t even start the order! I let it go and waited for about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I got home, the whole order is messed up, not the right ingredients nor the correct order!! I called to inquire about what had happened, he talked to me with the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in my whole life! He hang up on me while I was still talking!! Above all that, he told me not to order at the place anymore! Is this good for subway corporation? I’m totally avoiding this place and telling all my friends not to go to this location.

Worst place ever. I ordered a sandwich. The gal asked me if I wanted sriracha sauce on the sandwich. I asked if that was extra and she said no. Then went i went to pay for it, they proprietor charged me for it. I told him that the gal said it was not extra, and HE STARTED SCREAMING AT ME. It was like something out of a hidden camera movie, but unfortunately, it was real. No normal person screams of sauce on a sandwich. He was then stuck with a sandwich with sauce on it. I assume this became his lunch. Reporting him to subway did nothing. Note to proprietor, if you like, I will pay for lie detector tests if you refute this account. You screamed like a lunatic over sauce on a sandwich.
