I just went to this subway (801 Franklin Ave) and had the most horrible experience. I ordered two sandwiches, and the server messed up the order. The first sandwich, a Subway club, was missing many of the ingredients and meats. The second was supposed to be a roast beef on multigrain bread and got cheese with spinach and condiment on whole wheat bread. He charged me a “veggie delight” which I did not notice until I got home and saw that the whole order was wrong. I am so disappointed in the quality of service, preparation, and attention provided by this location. I doubt they can ever get my money again.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. The gentleman who took my order was so nice and very sweet, made small talk, too. Wasn’t cold or rude, like most Subway guys. My sub was perfect, fresh, and FILLED to the brim! No puny subs here!!
Parking lot is annoying, but that’s out of their control..

One of the best experiences in a chain restaurant I’ve had. Polite, well trained and respectful staff takes real care with each sandwich made. Also a clean and well maintained location. In my opinion this branch should be used as a training example for the company!

Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The employees are scummy and purposely overcharge while under serving.

Only one woman was working when I came in and she talks down to you, like she doesn’t care. She appeared to be the owner and just seemed incredibly cheap. I put in a mobile order with a subway deal, and when I walked in there’s a sign that says some thing like, “we do not participate in promos.” Clearly I could still order through the app for pickup. As she was about to wrap my sandwich I asked “is it toasted?” She had a heavy Indian accent but I could make out something like, “I don’t toast because it’s a $12 sandwich that you’re getting for $5”…..seriously? You won’t toast my sandwich because I saved $7 on your app?
Before that, I went to use the restroom and when I came out, she asked me to go to the bathroom and do something (again I couldn’t make out what she was saying). I walked back to the bathroom to find that she wanted me to turn off the light…
Has to be the cheapest chain owner I’ve ever met, and you’re in Franklin Lakes! Lol.
