These people are so rude, I would not be in a customer service if I hated people the way the show they do. They have 0 customer service. If I could give less than a one star I would!! They messed up all three of my drinks and when I asked them to remake it the lady just rolled her eyes and snatched my drink. She only remade one of the three. The manager here needs to do better!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the street in the commons!!! The staff there is much more friendly and attentive!! Do better Mulholland!!!

The one in the commons is better. They constantly forget items in to go orders. Today when asking for a pick up order, the girl was rude and said they were backed up. She didn’t even check the bag sitting behind the counter which was mine. So I stood for 15 min waiting while the bag sat there and items melting. This is not the first time this has happened to me there. Just put delivery orders on the counter since you don’t want to hand them over and let them sit!

They consistently mess up mobile orders or don’t have them ready in time. Trying to get the Barista’s attention is impossible. There’s no system for how mobile orders are organized so you have to look at each cup to figure out which order is yours which can be cumbersome when there are a lot of mobile orders

Drinks were made accurately, but the customer service of the cashier was poor. No patience in letting me tell her my order, which was a bit detailed since i was ordering for a group. It seemed like an inconvenience to her, the fact that she had to put in a little work in ringing me up. She threw the food items I ordered on the counter like she couldn’t wait to walk away. My tip: keep your order to a 2 item minimum so they don’t get too annoyed at you.
