When I go into the Little Caesars store and order… I expect to receive exactly what I ordered!
Well, that is why I am leaving this review.
I did not receive what I ordered.
I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 classic pepperoni pizzas and 1 extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, and 2 crazy combos.
I drove all the way home thinking they had gotten my order correct.. cuz why wouldn’t they?! It wasn’t that large of an order.
They did not give me my extra most bestest pepperoni pizza.
I got 3 classic pepperoni pizzas instead.
That were under cooked! We had to throw them in the oven to cook them more.
Guys name who took my order was Caleb.
I also tried calling the Winfield location where I went in and ordered from.. and they did NOT answer whatsoever!
I waited on the phone for 10 whole minutes (twice!)
Little Caesars please hire people that love their job.
We are trying to feed our families easily.
ALSO just look at the REVIEWS for the Winfield & Merrillville locations!!

This location has the worst customer service ever! Went to pick up my order today, it wasn’t ready as it should have been, checked the tracker, it didn’t even seem to have been started ( ordered 40 mins prior to arriving). I waited 20+ mins before an employee even acknowledged me. However there were two ppl in front of me when I arrived who she took care of before looking me directly in my face and turning around to go back to boxing pizzas. I even said hello a couple times, still ignored. A few minutes later another employee entered and several other customers arrived, now making it about 4-5 ppl waiting in store. The woman employee finally came back to the front and at this point I’m pissed. I asked for an immediate refund, how dare you treat someone like that! It is so wrong to completely ignore someone, no acknowledgement of their presence, not saying “we’ll be right with you” or anything. Just going about their day as if no one is standing there. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location, it happened before with what seemed to be teenagers, however this was a grown woman acting this way today. So apparently ALL the employees at this location suck. This place needs to be shut down or new management/ employees immediately!

save your money & time, don’t come here. i placed an order at 12pm for a 7pm pickup, arrived at 7 & there was a 2.5 hour wait. they wouldn’t refund my order, so i had to go to papa john’s in order to have food for my guests. this is the 3rd time this has happened, i’ve definitely learned my lesson

I bought a fund raiser meal from my nephew. When I redeemed it, the store immediately called me and said they had to cancel my order due to being understaffed. I asked how that would effect my promo code and she said it should be fine, call corporate if not. Here am I am almost 1 month later with no response from corporate. Not honoring a fund raiser is should be criminal.

It took 60 minutes past my pick up time to get my pizzas. I was fuming mad. Until the person ahead of me picked up their order of 15 pizzas. The crew has my undying respect for not walking out after receiving this order.

I came in on a Saturday evening and they were slammed. I needed 4 hot n ready pizzas and they only had pepperoni. The guy, who was doing an amazing job thru all the craziness, took my order and I went to my car and waited. When I came back inside it was even busier… I waited another minute or so and my order was up! Thank you for making my granddaughters 4th birthday party great!! And they really were crushing it!!

Doordash left after waiting 1 hr. 2nd doordash driver waited the same. Tipped her $20 for her time. I will NEVER order from this location again. Drivers said at least 15 people there mad and waiting forever. I would have just picked it up but wanted the driver to get her tip.
