What a nice atmosphere at this location. Everyone working as a team efficiently, quick and yet at the register you don’t feel rushed. I really enjoyed how they all got alone! I gotta admit it been a long while since I’ve gone to a Starbucks. But, Selen was so patient with me and really listened that a had a toddler so she suggested a lower temp. for her Coco and I liked that. She was very professional and sweet. Good Job You ALL!

The service here was not very good. I went in for happy hour and ordered 2 drinks that fit into the criteria and the barista used my star rewards instead of the happy hour special. As I was leaving I heard another customer complaining that her rewards were used instead of the happy hour bring applied to her bonus, too. The trash cans were all overflowing with trash. The bathrooms were relatively clean and the chairs, tables and floors were clean.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Albuquerque. For accuracy, I prefer to order through the app. Today the drive-through person gave a big attitude because I ordered through the app. She said it makes it way harder for her ordering through the app and made me go through the drive through and park & come inside. I have kids in the car that’s why I went through the drive through. I am a huge fan of Starbucks. I even used to work at one near a convention center. On some days during conferences, we would have lines wrapped around the street. Today there was only one car ahead of me. If this was a one time thing it would be no big deal, but this store must empower their employees to give attitude as they always have them.

This is by far one of the worst starbucks in town. Time and time that we go, they freestyle our drinks. We ask for one thing and get another. And of course get attitude when asked to remake the correct way that we asked. I don’t know if the employees at this location need better training/need to listen or what but I do not have this issue at other locations near by.

The Sunday crew on April 2nd 2023 were way-off and unfriendly. My order took longer than everybody else that was a walk-in. A black only, Pike’s Place coffee takes longer for me to get than any of the other types of drinks that other customers order. Very strange but is always the case at this store. Nobody ever fills a black coffee on the spot. You would think they would because it’s the easiest drink order but they don’t. I come here on the weekends as I walk my granddog. It’s nearly 11 am and the patio chairs are not set out. They usually aren’t, so I often have to ask. But since staff were in a bad mood I didn’t bother. The weekday crews seem more professional and helpful.

8 am Friday morning, all old guys, like myself, drinking coffee. No soap in one of the bathrooms so I told the barista. Started talking to another customer and mentioned the soap. He had noticed and said he’d just from a colonoscopy. I think I’ll switch to the Starbucks on Unser and Ladera.

The line is always exceptionally long, they don’t process orders quickly, and 3 x in a row they’ve gotten my order wrong. The baristas are nice enough but when you’re waiting 12+ mins for your drink, you’d think they’d discount it or give it to you for free.
