The food is exactly what you expect from Wendy’s. What surprised me was the service. Mark is kind, funny, and attentive. He even brought the kids at the next table a free mini frosty. I think Mark even rubs off on the rest of the staff. Best fast service experience in some time. Mark made my day.

I honestly feel like the Monticello Wendy’s should be voted number one because ALL my food is always hot and fresh. I have had the Cobb salad 3 times already and it has tasted fresh every time. The burgers are always hot and my fries are always hot too! Awesome service, KEEP IT UP 🙂

Guy at counter is more interested in developing conversation with customers, telling them about his “Survey Prowess”, he ignores lines being formed due to his garrulous activity. Overall, I would place my five attempts in the last 3 months to get food in a timely manner as a one-star. Management seems to be oblivious to the poor service. If you have limited time to eat lunch, I suggest going elsewhere.

Not sure what the owner is doing but whatever it is KEEP doing it! The staff at this location in my opinion is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They are head and shoulders above any of the other fast food choices in this area. What a change to deal with pleasant employees and I would love to talk to the owner in person to tell him the same!!

We stopped here from out of town after a high school sporting event. Not the nicest location we’ve been inside, seemed dated maybe. Staff were a little overwhelmed due to the rush and being out of lettuce, as we heard multiple complaints, even though we were told before ordering about the issue. Our cashier was nice and friendly though it all. Did have a wait for food and part of our order was missing but was easily corrected.

You order at drive thru, pay and receive your order only to find out after you get home that they didn’t give you your large fries that you ordered and paid for. Guess you need to double check what they give you before driving off, Very disappointed.

I don’t like cheese and get my sandwich without it. They took the order right and made the sandwich right the first time. Normally not a huge deal but ofte. Wendy’s is the worst having had to make a sandwich 4 times to get it right. WTG Wendy’s.
