If I could give this location, zero stars, I definitely would. Went there two days in a row both days they had mistakes first day they gave me the wrong size of the wrong drink that I ordered so I had to go and get my drink remade, and then I was late for work and then I went in today which is August 18 going I have a specialty Starbucks cup that I bought it because they can’t give you the discount and because it’s a Vente, I was expecting more OK well I get my first drink which was correct and then I get my drink which was supposed to be in my Starbucks cup, which was a Venti size to give me a freaking grande cup. I was like can I get my cup back? And she’s like oh sorry I didn’t know you had a specialty cup I was like OK so I mean charge for a grande. But I know we had to charge you for the Vente with a discounted price and they weren’t able to do anything about it, so never go to this location.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Springs. Some locations play the music so loud, but this location has just the right volume. Several outlets are available in most seating areas. And the service is almost always top-notch. Overall a great location.

I know they are busy now with the PSL back, but that’s no excuse. This is the second time I have ordered a Venti PSL and it’s been half full & no flavor. It is just the steamed milk with the tiniest drop of pumpkin spice. If you order mobile, please check before you leave the store or parking lot.

So now good customer service depends on whether or not you tip on every visit?! I went to Starbucks this morning and chose to not provide a tip on this transaction (which last time i checked was optional) . After i selected the “no tip” option, the woman taking my order did not exchange any other words with me. Her mood completely altered for the worst, I Did not receive a thank you for coming in, or to have a good day, etc. Very disappointed in the Starbucks culture, they will not be receiving my business anymore!

This Starbucks has some of the best employees in the springs. They are always so friendly and I get through the drive through line faster than any Starbucks I have been to. Today, David was at the window and was super helpful and happy to help with the questions I had, and I really appreciated that! This will always be my go-to Starbucks!

I met a friend I haven’t seen, like forever. We talked for a while at closing time. The staff was very kind to let us know they were about to close. We went outside on the patio to continue our conversation. When the staff went home, on their way out, they wished us a good night. Very friendly!

Friendly staff, fast service, and my drinks are always made right. The atmosphere is great for meeting with friends or to have a business meeting. Easy access from Woodmen or Tutt. This location is always clean! Which is not always the case with other Starbucks.
