I first have to apologise to Mr. Sonny the manager and the young lady, I thought I paid her. I counted out the $11.90 then she walked off without picking up the money. I guess I must of picked the money back up unconsciously. She fixed other orders before telling me she erased my order. They didn’t offer to check the drawer thank God my money was on me. I still didn’t eat there because of the nasty attitude. Anyway they are not the most friendly. Very rude, to customers. After they blasted me with a store full, I will take my money somewhere else.

Took a good bit of time waiting on the chicken to cook (about 20 minutes). One lady was working her butt off while the other one was just walking around. Apparently, when you order 12 chicken tenders you only get 10.

The lady at the drive thru window seemed to be in a rush even though there was only 1 car behind me. Keep in mind it took about 1 minute for everyone to chip in what they want. After consulting with everyone in the car what they want, she put everything in. She didn’t tell me the total pay amount which was kind of weird, but once I showed up, she didn’t even put ANYTHING in the cash register for my order. I had to reorder my entire order at the window and after I got my food, it was cold and wrong. This is very disappointing.

Stopped by on Friday , January 14th to buy some chicken tenders. I enetered the restaurant throught the neighboring circle k . I stood for aproximately 5 minutes in the waiting area and then was told by the manager that the dining area was closed. So i proceeded to my vehicle to order. Waited 5 minutes at the drive through speaker no one answered. Finally just proceeded to the window to order. There i was told that they have no chicken tenders. So i asked to see the manager. She came to the window and i said why didnt you tell you didnt have any tenders she said well we do but they are frozen. I said wait your a chicken store churches chicken with no chicken defrosted. I will guarantee i will not stop here again . Rude staff and hey they dont have defrosted chicken.

This location closes at 10pm. I showed up at 8:50pm and was told they only have 5pcs. of chicken and they were NOT cooking anymore!
This is the SECOND time this has happened! The other time I showed up at 9:20pm. I know that chicken only takes 15-20 minutes to cook. 8:50 and they stop cooking??? They do this to get OUT at 10pm. They don’t want to stay past closing to clean. I can understand to stop cooking at maybe 9:30 but over an hour before closing? This is a major highway and Church’s is the last restaurant till New Iberia. That’s a good little drive to have to wait especially when you haven’t eaten ALL DAY!

Service is lacking in some employees. Judging by the conditions, or lack of air conditioning, employees stated a/c has been out 3 days, this location needs love from the owners. My food selection was a few pieces of dark meat and mashed potatoes. Nothing else.

One time we ate in a fight broke out in the restaurant. This time we ordered food to go and the tenders were not cooked they were still red inside and asked for spicy chicken got mild and we’re just screwed because we had no ride to return it and there always talking about wanting to get someone always playing around

This place has the worst management and staff i’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Always waiting on food, never friendly and inconsiderate of customers. Waited 23 minutes in line because they refused to pull 1 car up, they are sorry. They obviously never get mystery shops or graded visits, if they did they would have been closed down.

I showed up at 8:45 and the staff said they only had original chicken. They reported that they were waiting for the truck to bring the spicy chicken. Not stop here ever again.
