Slow service…made a mobile order 15 mins in advance of arrival and the staff hadn’t even started it by the time I arrived. Barista gave an attitude when I asked about it and then picked my order from the bottom of the stack of stickers of mobile orders that hadn’t been even started.

The redhead taking orders seemed to have an attitude, just her presence alone was rude. Not the way she was talking. Wasn’t friendly at all. Ungrateful. If she doesn’t want to work there then give the job to someone who’s got great customer service skills. Starbucks, please remind your staff that it goes with the job. The barista seemed to have a perkier attitude so that’s why it’s a 2 star. The redhead brought it low and I wish I could just give her the zero star instead of the facility itself.

I always review every Starbucks I go to its my thing. I want to really give a special shout out to this one in particular. Not only are they always super busy but the experience I had there recently was above and beyond. This was on a Wednesday and there were 3 or 4 girls working and a young man. All of them were super sweet and polite. My clumsy self knocked over my fresh made cold brew and it went every where! I will say the table was off balance but still I’ll take the blame. I went up to ask the girl making the coffees if I could have a towel to clean it. I was expecting an eye roll but instead she told me don’t worry about it I’ll send someone to clean it. She also asked me what I was drinking and made me a brand new coffee. The young man came over and cleaned up my mess he was so sweet about it

Line is usually pretty long in the morning. No one orders regular drip coffee anymore, so it takes a few minutes to get our coffee. Service is usually ok.

This Starbucks is not only great, but it very well could be the best Starbucks that ever opened its doors. The service was incredibly friendly and positive, but it was also well maintained, clean, and very professional. I got my drink almost too quickly and it was made to perfection. While Rachel was finishing up taking my order, Veronica was in the back creating the best caramel frappacino I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Another employee, Deja, was making sure that the Cafe was remarkably clean the entire time that I was there, not leaving any flaw in the floor or on the counters or tables. As if the condition of the store wasn’t enough, she had the pastry counter fully stocked and looking very neat. All in all I can say that if I could give this Starbucks 10 stars, I would give it 11.

Gave three stars because I’ve walked in too many times to the store opening late or closing early. It’s easy to change temporary hours on Google, so I know to go somewhere else. When they update their schedule I’ll change my review.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year. Never had a problem with customer service or anything. A new person niq is working the register and was not being polite at all. The manager of the day deja has always been polite to me until today. I will not be returning, there are much better places around post. This place needs better managers and staff. The hospital and by Walmart have better tasting coffee.

I love this Starbucks! All the staff is amazing and took the time to remember me and my son. I have been going here since I was pregnant and they all get so excited when I come in with him to see how he has grown. Bethanie is a huge reason why I come to this location. She is an incredible manager and has grown to be a friend as well. I feel at home when I come here and I always lovd the atmosphere whenever I walk in!
