Employees are very nice. But this place is run/managed by clowns. Ordered a sandwich, sat down for ten minutes to be called to the front and told they didn’t have any tuna. The store was practically empty. Not the employees fault but the managers are obvi idiots.

absolutely horrible experience, my pregnant wife ordered delivery from here and after about an hour it was still not here. she called the place who said the delivery driver had 6 orders and we were the last. ok. so we waited even longer and we live in a condo when she called back the self-identified ‘manager’ at 2pm on 1/29/23 told her that her food was outside in the snow because the delivery driver had a foot injury, so we went outside and the food wasn’t even left in the snow with no communication. when we asked for the ‘managers’ name he refused to give it and actually was swearing at my wife telling her that she should not complain because he is ‘working people’. I really hope the franchise owner reads this, we will not be back.

Almost every time we order delivery from this store it takes over an hour. We ordered 2 sandwiches and chips the other night and from the time the app said “out for delivery” until we got our food was almost an hour and a half. So much for “Freaky Fast”. We called once 30 min after the app said “out for delivery” and they told us the driver was in the neighborhood, We then called another 40 minutes after that and whoever answered the phone was trying to be nice but defilntley had attitude and said the driver was still making deliveries in our neighborhood. We literally live across the street and find it very hard to believe it would take over an hour to deliver and if this is the case then higher more drivers? I am not one to complain but this has happened time after time. I will no longer be ordering delivery from this store. Not to mention the amount they charge to deliver + tip makes it almost 20 a person for a meal.
