Honestly super surprised and really frustrated with this Burger King. I thought it was fine, but not sure how this happened. Asked for an impossible whopper with no ketchup, Mayo or mustard, but for some reason they took that as ‘add cheese, and I don’t want lettuce or tomato’ ? I have no idea what went wrong

Burger King breakfast is always the best. The Croissan’wich, hashbrowns and Diet Coke were all very good . Service was fast and friendly . Restaurant and men’s room were clean. Would return in the future to this location. 🙂

Thursday July 06, 2023 at 10:35 AM I walk in and ask for the bacon king. The counter lady said come back in half an hour I asked her why she said because the kitchen is not ready to make that Sandwich. I asked her what time does lunch begin ? she says lunch has already Begun but you need to come back in half an hour because we need more time to prepare. I got back into my car and drove across the street to Miami grill where I had a gyro with the best French Fries I’ve ever had. It seems like Burger King will lose a lot of money at this location if the same Haitian staff still works there. I will not return to this location.

Used drive-thru after waiting 5 minutes to place my order I wasn’t told amount. At payment window I was quoted a price $2 more that usual – I paid cash and requested a receipt. I was told the register was out of paper, while watching the inside counter employee hand out a receipt and placing order receipts on bags. It took another 7 minutes for the cashier to pack order – while watching them remove the order receipt from my bag. only 2 customers were inside & I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru

Some days the overnight employees will hide so they don’t have to do any work. I personally seen them in the work area when i pull up and when i get to the drive thru they’ll hide and not respond. I see them behind the employee or management area ducking, hiding. They clearly dont wanna work. They do this often at this location on state road 7. And we know they’re at work because you see their car parked out front! Other times they don’t even pay attention when they make the order.

I returned to this location (under protest) one late night last week. Very very late. And. It was GREAT! I didn’t have any problem ordering. ::shocked:: Paid and they politely handed my drink. ::shocked:: They told me they were waiting for new chicken ::shocked:: Then I heard “DROP FRIES”. I couldn’t handle another shocked moment. Once I had my food, I thanked her and gave her $5. (I know it’s not much nowadays). The the startling difference between anticipating issues and being proactive is infinitely easier than reacting and a long clean up. I’d sworn off this location (and Burger King) because of this location. My meal was hot, fresh, and friendly. I thought it was a fluke. It it wasn’t. I’ve visited a few times since and it was equally as good. I am floored. I don’t know what happened but I’m glad it did!

Hello I typing this review whole I’m sitting in this Burger King. It is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve visited since here I have been too. Now in all fairness, this bk has a problem with preparation. Then on the 2 nd shift they have a problem wearing name tags. This is not a corporate BK. It is a slow for breakfast. So all you guys that love breakfast this is the bk to join. No wait you get in and out in plenty of time for work school or shopping . That’s the same for drive through.
