Hey, Coconut Creek, just wanna say that I was a visitor in the city.nWorking so no one special just your regular 9-5er. But I had my lunch here and I really appreciate the servers that I received… I can’t remember the woman’s name, but man did she have a great attitude and again guys when it comes to making reviews.The only reason why I got so popular on Google was because of people like this people that enjoy doing their job.You have no idea how every little detail matters in our economy way to go Burger King .

I did my order online in thw app to pick it up, and I went there like 40 min after do my order, but the order was not ready and the women who is the manager or boss was so indiferente with my order, she gave me the Shakes but one was less liquid than the other and she said it is like that but I always buy it and they fill it to the top always, then i took my order and she ask me if is my order like doubting on me, omg, really that is so rude from her, I had to show her the app to she believe on me and really my appearance never is bad, really no!!! Maybe because I am latin or White she doubt of me, omg really so nasty!!!!! And the worst is my sándwiches were incomplete we add for both sándwiches tomato and bacon, but anyone had bacon and one of them was without tomato, so bad service of her really!!!!

They forgot about our order and Tha manager Keisha instead of some sort of apology, blamed it on me, making excuses and telling me that we had arrived after all the people they served before us. She then became belligerent.
We frequent that location a lot because of the good service and friendliness of the crew. The ownership should be careful with who the hire.

I can’t speak for others but for me this bk has been great. I’m not a morning person, so I may be or look grumpy and I am very quiet. These ladies have been nothing but kind to me. Remy always makes my morning by simply being kind and polite So thank you guys.

$22 for a whopper meal and a Jr whopper meal. Old and dry. Poor customer service. The kid put my bag on the counter and walked away. I didn’t even know it was mine. Never again.

Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order, I bit into my nugget to find a piece of plastic. I placed my order via thru and got to the window and had to wait 10+ minutes for them to bring me my order. I complained to corporate as this clearly is a health hazard and can cause someone to choke or get very sick. This obviously didn’t happen at the store level as the nuggets are merely fried at the store level but are made at the factory level. I was waited on by 3 different people in drive thru- one who handed me a drink, another who handed me my order, and another individual who gave the sauce that was missing from my bag. I would have returned to the store for a refund, but gas is $$$ and I just spent $14 on a meal I can’t eat. I tried to call the store to inform them of the plastic, just to warn them and maybe see if they would pull the item for safety reasons but nobody picks up. Hopefully corporate can sort this out. Sadly will have to toss this meal, hopefully I won’t get sick from the other half of the nugget that I ate and the several others before seeing the plastic.

There are roaches EVERYWHERE! Around the booths, in the play place, in the bathrooms. This location is absolutely disgusting! Do not ever eat here. They should be shut down.

Kinda cringe. That’s why I stick with Chick Filla , the workers act like they don’t know how to replace a bun if the customer may be have sesame seed allergy.
I noticed the workers aren’t that nice to the nice customers

We ordered an impossible burger and instead received a whopper with bacon. Do not drive away without unwrapping your food as they will label it as impossible anyway.
