I had the pleasure to eat at 5 Guys Burgers for the first time last week. The free peanuts were a nice treat while they make your meal. The best tasting beef I’ve had in awhile. The fries were outstanding and plenty! Perfect match for my salted caramel real cream shake! Very cool staff! You gotta try them!

Was looking for a nice place to stop on our way to visit family. Decided to try out the Five Guys in the closest vicinity to our approximate location. I figured it wasn’t going to be the best because it was a chain and usually isn’t very good.

But even with the bar set low, this place still failed. 5 minutes for a burger, cold top bun and slightly warmer-than-lukewarm bottom bun. Burger was falling apart like kinetic sand and I tried my best to eat it, but couldn’t.

The patty was okay so I tried to save it as I don’t like to waste food and don’t mind getting my hands greasy. The patty was cold within 15 seconds of being exposed to the air, and it was like someone pinched relatively 10-15 bite sizes of raw meat, clumped it into a circular shape, and then threw it on a pan.

I still picked it apart as I was also really hungry, but even while hungry it made me lose my appetite before I even ate the thing. A porous clump of dead cow with cheese seeping out of the cracks. At least it wasn’t raw.

The atmosphere? Bleak and dirty. 2 stars as there’s no need to beat a dead horse. Random boxes in the middle of the restaurant, one filled with cracked peanuts that you could grab if you dare. 4 trays stacked on top and a scooper. Nice.

At least the workers were welcoming and polite.

Burger was raw and cold in the middle, definitely was not up to temp and not up to standard. Very disgusting.

You can create your own burger from the wall of ingredients. The fries are from fresh potatoes and are salted well. The sizes are much bigger than most places give. The roasted peanuts are a great add on. They have a good selection of drinks too.

This is a really nice place to get freshly cooked, good quality burgers and fries. They make it fresh to order every time.
Very nice people that work here. They always greet you with a sincere smile, never distracted or in a hurry to rush you. Always kind
They should look into getting lights for their sign. Being tucked away in the corner like they are, you don’t know it’s there. A hidden gem.

Just a little cheeseburger and some fries. Very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Delicious and you can taste the freshness. Also love the fresh peanut they offer so you have a snack while you wait for the order.
Delicious AGAIN.

Greasiest burger I’ve never had in my life. If you’re looking for a good burger KEEP LOOKING. Buck & Sadie’s down the street is 10x better & the same price.

I should’ve taken a picture of the first one they made me. It was completely slopped together, bun was completely soggy from the excessive amount of sauce. Like no I don’t want a dry burger but I don’t want my meat swimming in it either.
The second burger I opted for NOTHING- asked for onions only, yet they still put lettuce. The meat had no flavor. Salt & pepper goes a long way.
0/10 recommend this place. Wish I didn’t waste $40 on some terrible burgers.

Incompetence at its highest level! Didn’t even bother to put meat on the cheeseburger (see pic below)! Called the store and was transferred to a manager. Put on hold for 15 mins until they hung up on us. Called back multiple times but phone just kept ringing over and over with no answer. This ownership couldn’t care less about customers. Embarrassing service that really should disgust this franchise!

Not enough burger for your buck. Too many fries in the combo. I feel like I spent about $6 more than I should have.

Hardly fast food. I would not expect to pay over $50 for 2 meals at fast food, but I did. And I would expect a better atmosphere for that kind of money. It was good food the quality is better than your typical fast food place. Much better than inn n out. Really fresh all topping were spread out evenly through the burger. Every bite was delicious. Just over priced
