This was very disappointing. Usually our maumelle location gives me no problems but this time was different. There was nothing right about this sandwich..I posted the picture along with my review.That and my daughters drink had no whipped cream when I ordered extra. Im not sure what you call this but i won’t be back for a long time.

Where do you all get off asking customers directly “if they would like to add a tip to their purchase?” You’re making your customers feel pressured to tip in a drive-thru of all places. Perhaps they should be asking their employer for a reasonable wage and not rely on the customers to make up low wages. In addition, $7 coffee means you make enough to pay your employees a decent wage. I can see many Maumelle residents heading over to 7 Brew for their caffeine fix if this continues.

Although this is my very favorite place for coffee, I have been rather dissatisfied my last few visits here. I have experienced a great shortage of supplies such as no napkins, no stoppers, etc. This is very disappointing from an establishment like Starbucks. They have always been a top rated establishment in my book, however, they have fallen short of a star. Let’s do better Starbucks!

Was told I could not get a refund at the store now even though I received 2 items where one was ice cold in the middle and should have been warm and the Frappuccino was melted. Very inconvenient and I’ve spent way too much money here anyway. Guess I’m done as they seem like they no longer want my business.

Customer service was awful and they messed up my order. I failed to catch the manager’s name, but she was the worst antagonist in the place. Her contempt is trickled down amongst her coworkers and underlings with the good people staying silent, lest they get punished.

I’ve been going here once a week at least for over a year now, but these past 2 months or so they mess up my order every time except maybe twice. The manager has tried to be polite but I’m also embarrassed to ask for another to be made correctly, nor do I have the time which is why I preorder anyways. I would like to also point out I don’t come during rush either.

Today I was meeting a friend for coffee and catching up. Baristas were taking care of customers, training new baristas, making sure the store was clean and still making sure the customers felt welcome. This is a great location. I have on one occasion, asked for a beverage that they were unfamiliar with. Rather than ask me to make a different choice, the barista asked the manager, who happily & patiently walked him through the recipe! It was a pleasant surprise.

Always super friendly and nice! Everyone wears masks and they clean the tables and countertops often. Love coming in to work on things. Tables are kinda small but considering they are trying to make it where you can social distance, it’s not bad. Coffee is always good and have never had a wrong order.
