A few nights ago they were blasting music on their speakers (outdoor as well) music dropping many words that were not appropriate for work. On more than one occasion they have turned off their grills early, they make food mistakes on almost every order of have placed and tonight at 935pm I went to get my order from inside and the doors were locked. This location is the worst in the area. Manahawkin and forked river are always fast and super friendly but something about this store just leaves a change in management and closer monitoring to be desired. Also as a doordasher they have often asked me to get out of the drive through and wait in the front for the order which I understand is just to make their times look better.

Unprofessional staff. They are hostile, nasty, short tempered and extremely rude for no good reason. I ordered food for myself for pickup and they refused to give me my food through the drive through. The guy I spoke with then Immediately demanded I get out of his drive through line before he calls the cops. I just asked for my food. The kid watches to much TikTok. I asked the man what his name was after his erratic behavior and he instead insisted “I don’t need to tell you that I’m the GM and guess what I DONT CARE” I don’t think he was the manager by his unprofessionalism. But every-time I go there they make up rules, yell at customers, and act borderline insane. Half the time they close the lobby whenever they please, it could be midday lunch rush, they could care less. Go to literally any other Taco Bell. It’s TERRIBLE here. That kid should be fired and seeking a therapist or a professional for help. HORRENDOUS experience today.

What happened to Taco Bell?? The quality of their food is garbage. They skimp on the meat in tacos, chalupas, burritos. Chalupas are harder than stale bread, burritos are all bean, hardly any meat, cheese has a funny smell and taste. Tacos have no meat and institutional lettuce. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Overall poor establishment. Lack of professionalism inside this workplace is unacceptable. Every time we go to this location it fails to meet the order provided. With a business that operates with low impacting traffic you expect to see pride into fixing that concern however the leadership level doesn’t care. Non leadership employees care more than they do. I can see why this location is subpar. Owner and district manager should be ashamed, they are a failing business and embarrassment to the town.

they didnt grill my grilled cheese burrito, they mess up custom orders when placed through the app, the young spanish looking woman at the drive through window is always miserable and makes every order feel like a chore. sighing, blowing air when i take a second to look at the menu. i orderd a pepsi, she hands me diet, to which i ask for a replacement and she fills a cup from pepsi which i see is coming out clear with a very light brown tint and tries to hand it to me. youre really gonna tryto hand me soda water? i asked for a mountain dew instead and she let out a huge sigh. i will not be returning any time soon

We just moved to the area and decided to get Taco Bell since it was close and we didn’t have anything planned for dinner. Ordered dorito and crunchy tacos, every single one of them was so soggy, they fell a part as soon as they were u wrapped. Also asked for EXTRA medium and hot sauces, it even read as “10x medium, 10x hot” on the order and the bag had a grand total of 3 medium in the bad. On top of all that, they are ridiculously expensive. Would not recommend.
