I would give it a 5 but one gal that said she was a manager told me my order was not ready. I was in drive thru-she asked me to pull around front & they’d bring it out. I waited 20 minutes, noone & no drink. I went in, she was not even there any longer. The gal behind the counter – was so sweet & went above & beyond. This one “management” person ruined the whole perfect review! I cannot click driving e-thru & delivery below but unfortunately that is what it was.

Saturday morning, I came in at the rush there had to be 15 plus people waiting in here. There was a girl in training at the register and probably six girls behind the counter. They did a fantastic job calling out there needs, working with each other … was really something to see. Glad I came. They have a terrific group of folks working here.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received yesterday! I want to personally thank Phoebe for being the best barista I have ever met. They were absolutely slammed busy yesterday morning, but she made me feel like I was the only customer there! She was so sweet, genuine and helpful! And she made the start of my day so good!! I receive good service here, but yesterday was excellent.

I love the cookie crumble drinker is so good. Today I had a barista with a sunflower on their right shoulder take my order she was so nice and even asked if I wanted coffee in my drink it made it taste so good!

So I have been working in Fremont, NE for about 6 months and the morning crew at this Starbucks has been absolutely wonderful. I come in every weekday before 7AM to the entire crew cheerfully greeting me which gets my day off to a great start. They have my order memorized and it’s always done to perfection. I am truly grateful for their kindness which has made working in Fremont a great experience.

This store has gone downhill big time recently. Just today I picked up a mobile order my mom placed. They don’t bother to fill the cups, nor do they actually pay attention to the order. Our venti drinks we got today would’ve fit in a grande cup WITH ROOM. Absolutely disappointing. I understand training new people, but that was just ridiculous.
