My dad got Petrale Sole, he found it awesome, and the Tiramisù was up to my standards. The atmosphere is great with many posters of Dean Martin and a communal km jukebox from which music you can request plays throughout your meal. Definitely coming back.

Great food and great services. I never know it’s this good. Should have try earlier. Everything from the complimentary bread to the entree is excellent. Everything is fresh and hot, burn your mouth hot. I would definitely come back and try other menu items.

Dinner there last night. Gratifying to see a line out the door when we deoarted at 7pm on a Tuesday night!! That should say it all. We had chicken parm, chicken piccata, and a pasta dish. The portions are generous and there was not a scrap of food left.

Old-school, red and white checkerboard Italian joint! I had the linguine and clams and sopped up all the glorious broth. Good value and generous portions. Warm staff that executed with haste. (Thanks John, it was great to reminisce about the old O Sole Mio SF location)

Overall O Sole Mio is pretty good. It’s well attended by locals and the staff is friendly. Friendly can be good and bad. On the bad side they can engage in conversations for a bit of time with patrons which makes your visit a little more prolonged than intended. If you’re not in a hurry it’s ok but sometimes you just need to get in and out! Had the fried calamari appetizer, an appetizer pizza, pescatore with linguini (and another with Angel hair), fresh clams over linguini, and lots of other plates. I felt the flavoring on everything was a little on the saltier side but not so much that it stopped us from eating everything!

This was one of the best experiences my family has ever had at any restaurant. The ambience was incredible, the food was great, and our server Leo was the best server ever. He was so nice and kind and attentive to every need — he made the experience.
