This location is the friendliest coffee source in all of Harrisonville! Everything they make is delicious and they often have recommendations to change up your everyday order or even original drinks that they can suggest to help you out of an every day coffee funk. I love the double smoked bacon and the burrito is awesome too especially with a little Sriracha. I used to think that some of the offerings seemed ho-hum but after sampling the brownie warmed up I feel like it is out of this world better than any other place that just gives you a fudge brick. The toasted everything bagel is lightly crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy like a bagel should be on the inside. Yes it is expensive to have every day but it is a special treat I reward myself and is well worth it. When I don’t want caffeine I get some thing like a pineapple or strawberry item. During the winter holidays I like to get pumpkin spice chai or brown sugar chai hot or cold. To me chai is just a holiday feeling type flavor. Other items that are surprisingly delicious include: lemon loaf which is not overly lemon or fake flavored it is very moist with a sweet complementary icing, cheese danish, coffee cake, vanilla scone, Madeline‘s, banana bread loaf, pumpkin muffin with cream cheese dollop. This is a great location and they really care about your satisfaction with whatever you order. Thank you!

This is a store operated Starbucks. Although they are displaying a Starbucks Corporate sign encouraging downloading the mobile app for rewards, there are post-it notes by the cashier that you can not redeem stars and another stated you can’t earn stars. Then why even use the app if you can’t get perks? One the plus side, it was one of the neatest breakfast sandwiches I have had in a long time. She actually took the time to straighten up the ingredients before warming the sandwich which was a pleasant surprise. Both workers were friendly and I didn’t wait long.

I went in to get a cup of coffee and wanted them to fill up my 20 oz. mug. They asked me how many ounces were in my cup and i told them 20 ounces and they only filled up my mug 3/4 and then i asked them if they would fill it up to the top and they told me i would have to pay more money to get it filled up. I go to a lot of different Starbucks and never have this problem and always get the mug filled up. I went to the manager about this problem and she was told by her worker that i had ordered it that way when i never did order it that way. They only asked me how many ounces were in the cup and i told them 20 ounces. Other Starbucks always ask me how many ounces and they always fill it up. I recommend to be careful when ordering something from this Starbucks. The manager did give me a free cup of coffee though and that is why I have them 2 stars.

I went this morning to Starbucks in hopes of getting a white chocolate mocha, the first time I received it I’m not exactly sure what the drink was because there was no sweetener in it for the chocolate and it didn’t even taste like coffee. so I returned the drink asking if it could be remade because it didn’t taste right and the workers very sweetly remade it. The second drink I got, the cup was cold so I knew it couldn’t be right but I felt bad and initially walked out to my car, the drink once again tasted really bad and so I again asked if they could rrmake it, they very sweetly asked what was wrong this time and made it the correct way and gave me a coupon for a free drink. One of the workers explained they had a new trainee and she was still learning. My drinks may not have tasted right but the experience was very nice and no one seemed put off that I had returned the drink twice.
