My first time entering this amazing Japanese restaurant, I went in and the atmosphere was very delightful and clean! The gentleman at the front was very kind, he smiled & bowed after my purchase. He listened to me as I was discussing the reviews and telling him it was my son’s birthday. He brought my food out to my vehicle due to it just being me with a bunch of food. Very excellent customer service! I ordered the Teriyaki Steak and Chicken combination and it tastes so delicious! The portion for the price you pay is incredible and I am beyond happy with my purchase. My son ordered the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp combination and he said everything was fantastic, his only complaint is that he wishes it would have been in a to-go bowl so he can mix up his food, but other than that he is very pleased! My husband ordered the Hibachi Steak and Scallop combination and he said absolutely incredible! We also ordered the egg roll, spring roll and Thai Boba tea. The boba tea was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, creamy and delicious! The egg rolls and spring rolls were perfectly cooked with a perfect crisp. We absolutely recommend Nikki Japanese Restaurant!

Tried it take-out for the first time. Ordered the Hibachi chicken (for hubby) and Hibachi shrimp for myself, and crab Rangoon. Pretty good food. Loved the grilled veggies that came with it. Fried rice was not impressive, though tasty. The restaurant itself smelled delicious, so I want to try to dine-in at some point.

I read another review about owners changing but it’s the same owners I’ve known for at least the last year or 2 (as long as ive visited). My favorite is the gentleman who has checked me out and served me at the table.. always has a very hospitable smile and bows with a you he’s my favorite-and still there. As for portions, I’m satisfied, and attaching a picture of my steak hibachi to go. Their steak isnt too chewy like some places. I asked for no mushrooms in my vegetables and they absolutely gave me what I asked for. While the inside is relatively simple sparsely decorated but at least clean. It’s not a fancy updated fusion restaurants in the big cities, but it doesn’t have the expensive prices either.

Had heard this place was under new ownership so wanted to give it a shot. Upon walking in we were greeted and told to sit wherever we wished. Most of the booths were dirty and had plates still on them. Which seemed they had been left for sometime. Upon ordering, we both wanted onion soup. Sorry sir we are out of onion soup. For real?? A Japanese place out of onion soup!? That’s like a steak house being out of yeast rolls! Come on! I ordered hibachi steak with carrots, broccoli and mushrooms. My son ordered hibachi steak no vegetables. After a bit the food came out, looked fresh. But the amount of steak to everything else ratio was somewhat of a let down! Very very small portion of meat. My son had way more rice than I did, maybe because I had veggies. Idk? I will say the food had great flavor and taste, but lacking in quantity. Oh and what Japanese restaurant doesn’t have a container of Soy sauce on the table! Come on do better. This cost us 24.00 in total.

Worse service. Server took the order dropped the food and left. Never came back. Every staff member was in their phone. Food was. Just dumped on the plate. Carrots were over cooled Poor food quality once of this was enough

We were accused of stealing. I loved this place. The food is good, waitress was nice, and clean atmosphere. I honestly would’ve left 5 stars. We paid about $32 for our meal, left a good tip, and got a receipt. Some women chased us out of the restaurant because she thought we didn’t pay. Out of all the people who also paid at their table, why were we chased down? We showed her the receipt but it was so embarrassing to be apart of this scene. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.
