I was there ten minutes before closing and there was a car in front of us and they spent ten minutes talking about their personal lives that whole ten minutes before they moved to the window. I guess they were friends with one of the workers. When I moved up, they said sorry we are closed. So I went to the window, where they talked 5 more minutes looking and laughing at us. When that car left, we moved to the window and she shut it and put the bar across. I knocked on the window and she turned her back. Another girl came over and apologized and said they had broke down the machines and stuff.

Depends in when you go. I’ve waited for over 20mins for coffee before. The staff is usually friendly though so that’s a plus. However, I’ve ordered sweet drinks that were bitter like I had a mouthful of espresso a few times. So it depends on who is working.

Was on visiting family in PB and needed coffee in the morning. My options are usually limited because I have a dairy allergy. Starbucks isn’t my first choice, but can usually be a “safe” place to get my caffeine while traveling. I went 3 days in a row during my stay. Staff was rude each day and on our final day my drink was made wrong. I didn’t realize until I pulled off and had already begun my 8hr road trip back home.

DONT come on a Sunday. Joining the drive-through line to pulling away with my order was well over 30 minutes. We played a game in the car while we waited, guessing who would drive away and not wait in line. If the store manager wonders why their pulling half profits, here is your answer!!

I ordered a venti skinny latte. I was asked if I wanted it hot and I said yes. I received a venti non-fat SUGAR-FREE VANILLA latte. I did not discover this until I was halfway home and it was too late to turn around and take it back. I tried to drink it, but I never get flavoring in my lattes and had to dump my $6.50 drink down the drain.

I have been to Starbucks all over the US. This is by far the absolute worst. I order a very simple drink and it is NEVER consistent. I’ve thrown 2 away because they were terrible. I really feel it is lack of training and not the fault of the entire staff. If management doesn’t want to train properly they shouldn’t be there. We appreciate the staff and always tip well even at the drive thru. I put 2 stars because they are friendly.
