I frequent this location because it is only two minutes from my house. The service is a hit or miss, depending on the people who are working. I normally get a Venti Mocha Frap and have never had an issue with my order, but sometimes depending on the person they are not always friendly or sometimes seem overwhelmed. This isn’t always though and most staff are great. all in all it’s a good place and would recommend.

I went in for a cup of coffee with my friend and none of the staff asked to take our order, we just stood there while everyone went about their business. After 5 minutes one of the employees finally steps up (still doesn’t ask if I’m ready to order) and stares at me. My friend asks “are you ready?” To the employee. She looks like a deer in the headlights at this point so I tell my friend I don’t even want anything anymore. I rarely come here and now I’m definitely not ever coming back. Staff had no professionalism and is down right miserable.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I love going to Starbucks but this one I will never return. I ordered a macadamia cream cold brew with xtra foam. And the line not only did it take forever and when I get the window she handed me the coffee with so little foam. When I told her I asked for extra foam she didn’t go to make another one she just dump some of the coffee out will all the ice and returned with a messy hot coffee it was disgusting. Again go to another one!!!!!!

I drove 12 miles to get here just so I could have a Starbucks this evening. I arrived here at 9:58. Closing time isn’t until 10:00 p.m. here. This manager should be fired.

Usually frequent this Starbucks because it’s closest to my job and home staff is usually pleasant at the window on this particular day my husband and I decide to go get a coffee we are met at the window by cashier named Vik who off the bat was just serious no smile no reminder of total no expression at all no words are exchanged just pulls out the card reader and that was all which is fine how ever our order was wrong we try and explain what we ordered she rolls her eyes says “fine il return your money and ring up the order again” she then proceeds to turn to her computer and mumble things under her breath overall was a terrible experience will definitely avoid this Starbucks in the future customer service goes a long way !

Personally like this location better compared to the other two locations nearby. Customer service is awesome, drinks are handcrafted to perfection, and the staff here is amazing!

This location is on my way to Menards. When I stop here, I’m always greeted with a smile and my drinks are always made right. It can get a bit busy but they do their very best to get everyone out in a timely manner. Customer service is good. The store is clean as well.
