Edit: Updated to add pics. Visits still going great! They remembered to check for drinks on the order this time without me reminding them. Everything was still clean and hot and the receptionist was very sweet. Good job!
This is a New Papa John’s in Loganville (located by QT) which I am very excited about! Have placed 2 orders since they have opened. The most recent, I Placed a pre order Friday
and everything was hot and fresh at the time of pickup. No pics of the food because my family ate it very fast ☺️. They had plates available this time, as well as napkins. I did have to ask for my 2liter (which I did the first time also-it is behind the counter) so make sure you double check and get it.The inside is very clean and modern. I will continue to use this location because it is closest to me. No more having to pay delivery fees. Look forward to more great pizza!
Side note: I usually travel to the one on 138 because that one is Amazing!!!! (Their customer service exceeds everyone) the other one in Loganville (910 Athens hwy) has horrible pizza and customer service

I bought three boxes of pizza. There was only a male and female working. I asked the female for parmesan cheese and she gave me three packets. I asked her if I could have some more packets and she stated that she would have to charge me. I reiterated that I had three boxes of pizza and she stated, “Technically, I didn’t have to give you that, I could have charged you so that is all I can give you”. I order from this location once a week and I have never had issues. Sad that a customer is lost because of horrible customer service.

Did an order through their app for delivery. The driver sat outside for 7+ minutes doing God knows what in the car with my order, before driving off. Never got out of the car. $10 tip. Spoke with a manager named Jayna tonight who said my order would be canceled and refunded.

I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put the receipt on top of the actual pizza, but you’ve gotta be real slow in the head to think that makes any kind of sense. I opened the box and just stared at it like… seriously? Now my slice is stuck to paper and I’m supposed to eat that? I don’t usually waste my time writing reviews, but this level of stupidity deserves a call-out. Do better.

Over cooked brown cheese Giant XXL papa pizza. Rude white girl with glasses. We’re going to reorder but stated just gonna give me same old brown cheese pizza. Asked for refund. Never going back go to the other one on Athens Hwy. Or when there isn’t children working there or new staff passionate about food and ppl they serve. Lost catering events.

I’m gonna give it a five star review because they did a pretty good job cooking it and they were pretty quick about getting here. But watch out on the specials I ordered a bunch of toppings on one of the specials and there’s only a certain amount of portions they will give you on a special so if you’re looking for a pizza with a ton of meat on it order the regular one lol other than that, these guys are great.

I wish I could give a zero, I would, shut down the place…poor customer service from one white short lady, very rude and with a bad negative attitude who placed her here? Pizza made so bad and when you request for a remake she states “they know their job”, obviously not, to a point of banging boxes…just save yourself from this place and go down the street to Grayson.

We love Papa John’s and I was craving Alfredo thin crust with chicken and bacon. I ordered through a free delivery special, but when I went to check out, they didn’t give it to me. I actually backed out and canceled 1/2 of my order.
