Drive thru was fast! Drink was delicious and refreshing. I don’t like a lot of sugar so I get the cold brew with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. I’ll definitely be back. Lots of drinks and food options. Their chocolate danishes (warmed up) and caramel crunch frappes are good too! Very friendly cashier drive thru staff. The most recent cashier that waited on me asked how my day was and was very personable and kind.

Why is this location so bad? The service is always so hit or miss. You’ll either have no wait or a 30 min wait in the drive thru. They say it’s because of “staffing issues.” Then, many times my order comes out made wrong. These people love to add chocolate drizzle to stuff that should not have it. It’s clearly not on the menu and they say “that’s the way I was trained…” Lately, they’re out of a lot of breakfast items. I wish there was a place closer to my work. It’s worth going out of your way to avoid this place.

Just skip over this location and drive to the next Starbucks. You’ll get your order faster that way.

Friday morning coffee with my friend has become a regular thing. We love your Starbucks! Watching your employees juggle such incredible volume is like watching a carefully choreographed dance.

Never have I ever had this poor of a Starbucks visit. I ordered drinks for someone for their birthday as a surprise. Called the store to ask if they could write happy birthday on one – anyone. Was told they would. I get things get busy and probably forgot but not only was it not written the birthday individual was lectured about how they should have came through the drive-through in that came inside for a mobile order. And when I say lectured, it was not positive or happy or nice or informative. It was rude. I’m noticing that poor ratings are common and the owner seems to not care as all responses are generic pointing you to take more time out of your day to take a survey instead of responses that truly show care and concern for the poor ratings.

I ordered my drink, watched two others who came in well after I had the order placed. They were able to order, as well as get their drinks while I was still standing waiting. It was not until I approached the workers after the other customers stated “wow your still waiting for your drink” then was handed my drink. Will not return.

Usually have a good experience here but my experience this morning made me reconsider going to this location. The barista wearing the blue flannel shirt that was working at the window was rude and it was clear that she did not want to be there. When taking my order she just asked what I wanted, I said my order, and then it was silent after that. I waited for a response or for her to tell me a total/to pull to the window/etc but it was quiet so I just pulled up to the window. I told her I wanted to pay with cash first and then wanted to put the rest on my card. I gave her cash and she set it down inside the window and immediately pulled out the credit card machine. I reiterated that the cash I gave her was for my order and that I wanted to pay with the cash first and then the rest on my card. She stared at me blankly and rolled her eyes, put the cash towards my total, and then held the card machine out at me with no words. She wouldn’t even look at me as I was struggling to get my card in. I was trying to talk to her for help but got no acknowledgment. She wordlessly gave me my order and shut the window and I drove off wondering why I even came. As a past barista myself, it was an eye opening experience. Definitely a hit or miss location; the barista’s moods determine how your experience will be.

It seems like the drive thru orders come before the waiting customers.

Frappuccino’s had little to no flavor. Paid for extra carmel, got less than most other locations. Waited almost 20 minutes for 3 drinks. Gal making the drinks obviously needed more help, maybe the guy in drive thru could have got off his phone & possibly helped out. Waste of $20, water would have had more taste.
