Maria’s Taqueria has quickly become one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful Mexican food. Every time I visit, the food tastes freshly made, with vibrant flavors and generous portions. The presentation is beautiful, and you can tell care goes into every plate. The ambiance of the restaurant is complimentary and fits well with the menu. We always enjoy looking at the painted sugar skulls and artist’s work hanging on the wall for display.
Service is another highlight! The food consistently comes out in under 10 minutes, making it perfect whether you’re on a lunch break or just really hungry and don’t want to wait long.
Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the freshness really sets this place apart. If you’re looking for quick service, great flavor, and well-prepared dishes, Maria’s Taqueria is definitely worth a visit.

I have to say first that customer service was excellent! The fish tacos are also excellent! It was our first time here so I ordered 1 beef, 1 chicken, and 1 fish taco instead of getting the 3 fish taco meal as was recommended to me. After eating my fish taco I regretted not having 2 more, lol. The fish was really good but it was the slaw and sauce that really made this one of the best fish tacos I’ve had. My husband had a chicken quesadilla and said it had really good flavor. Not one of the best he’s ever had but still really good. We will definitely be back again.

Maria Jane was delicious, the size of a small baby( I should know as I am pregnant). Highly recommended, the whole experience was on point.

As a Mexican…. Tbh I like Chipotle better I’m basing my review on the beef burrito & chicken chimichanga we ordered. I was not expecting ground beef for a beef burrito but whatever. I think that would’ve been fine if it wasn’t so bland. And the chicken in the chimichanga was dry. I would maybe try the fish tacos at some point before completely writing this place off though.

This is a really chill place to get a really good burrito or some nachos. Real laid-back atmosphere and great customer service. The meat and queso were really well seasoned, I only wish the beans and rice had a touch more seasoning. Super tasty overall, and definitely better than Chipotle.

This lovely place is nice and quaint, at least while we were here. The food came out in less than 5 minutes, please take into consideration that there was 3 or 4 other people in the restaurant at this time. The nachos were really good, and for $10.50 I have 2 meals it was so big. My boyfriend got the 3 tacos meal and liked them so much he ordered some more to go. Would definitely visit again if down this way.

It was okay. I have a problem with the portion for the cost. I got a taco salad. In the togo container you get, they put chips in with the taco toppings. There wasn’t enough filling for $11. The entire container should be filled with vegies and protein and have a bag of chips on the side. For what you get it’s more like $8 worth. The flavor of the chicken was good at least.

Food was good. The soft tortillas were a crumbly fail but flavor was good, and maybe a tad to much cilantro. The hard shell tacos were really good.

We stayed in the area, trying different local restaurants for three days on an anniversary trip – Maria’s was definitely one of our favorite finds! The vibe is chill and cozy, without being too over the top. We brought our 11 month old with us, and the staff were so kind and friendly to her! She was all smiles the whole time. The staff member that took our order was very helpful in answering our questions and giving recommendations. I asked how the plantains were cooked to find out if they were appropriate for our baby, and he explained it well. She loved them, and so did we! The dip that came with them was amazing – my husband was not sure of he would like plantains and he really liked them! I got the three traditional tacos, which were delicious. They definitely didn’t skimp on the fillings, including the chicken. My husband enjoyed his burrito, and the chips and fresh salsa were good, too. They have booster seats that can be added to any chair or booth, and there was enough space for our umbrella stroller. The bathrooms were tiny, but functional. There are two individual all gender bathrooms. I didn’t see any baby changing table, but I only used one of the bathrooms. Overall, if we lived in the area, we know we would be back to Maria’s often!
