This location may be smaller than other KPot spots, but that actually makes it more comfortable and relaxed. Because it’s a bit outside the main busy areas, it doesn’t get overcrowded, which is a huge plus if you want to enjoy your meal without long waits or loud crowds.
The food was excellent as always, they have at this location the crab wontons, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the potato salad, which was absolutely delicious — creamy, well-seasoned, and honestly one of the best I’ve had , but, this location is the only one that offers it.
Service was attentive, the atmosphere was calm, and everything felt clean and well organized. If you’re looking for the same great KPot quality in a quieter, more laid-back setting, this location is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend!

I recommend this to everyone! An exceptional environment, super easy all-you-can-eat ordering process through a tablet. If there’s a wait, there’s a little claw machine that I have almost demolished out of anger, because I wanted the labubu. One of the best non-alcoholic drinks is the Starry Night, get it if you can! A large bear comes out every 15 minutes to dance and celebrate someone’s birthday. I have never experienced something quite like this, so if you have kids or like fun experiences take them and yourself!

I rarely leave bad reviews because I am a business owner myself and understand how challenging this industry can be. However, this experience was unacceptable.
The service was extremely slow and the management was completely disorganized. We waited while many tables sat empty, and those same tables remained unused for nearly 30 minutes before we were finally seated.
Once seated, we thought we could finally eat, but that was not the case. After another 25 minutes, only the raw food arrived. We then sat there waiting for the hot pot to be brought out, while multiple staff members walked back and forth asking if our pot had arrived yet. It was frustrating and embarrassing to be sitting there with raw food, looking confused, and unable to eat.
My children were extremely hungry, which made the situation even worse. Whoever owns or manages this location seriously needs to step in and address these operational and management issues. This was a very disappointing experience.

They went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special! They played all of her requested K-Pop Demon Hunter songs, and she was able to dance and just have fun. She absolutely loved her boba tea, and they even brought her hot water for her noodles — the special K-Pop Demon Hunter ones she requested.
The service was outstanding — our drinks were never empty, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing, and the singing for her birthday made it truly unforgettable. She also loved getting a picture with the K-Pot bear! It was such an exceptional day, and my daughter loved every single moment.
Highly recommend. We’ll definitely go again!

I went in on a Wednesday evening, there was no wait, but I had to wait on my friends to get here. Since there’s a 2 hr dining time and the table has to agree on which option I opted to wait at the bar for them to arrive. Hogan was amazing, he made a delicious fall themed drink for me and even took the time to go over how KPot and BBQ works!
The drinks were delicious and even tho I had to wait in my friends it was still great experience overall! I will be coming back!

Horrible experience today!! They ran out of marinated short-ribs and marinated bulgogi meat. When complained to the GM there..she said “eat something else” I asked her if she could do something about the tab because those meat is categorized as premium meat so the meal cost more. After 30 mins of back and forth I decided to say you know what just give me any short ribs back there and I’ll cook it with the marinate on top of it since she said it will take over an hr for them to marinate more short ribs….remind you it was around 2:30PM on a Sunday Nov 16 2025. How can you run out of marinate short ribs and not tell the waiting customers? Secondly as a GM there ( looks like about 18yrs old) why would u tell a customer to eat something else? That’s like saying if u go McDonald and order a Big Mac and they tell you to eat a Fish sandwich. Not easy when I have a family of 5 there. I am NOT there to ask for any discount or anything but you need to compensate for my $149 that I spent there and it was totally trash! Sad thing is we come here every Thursday too. I am writing this review because they need to fire the GM there. She doesn’t want to give the owner number, she didn’t want to give corporates number or anything so this is a start. She blamed the problem on us because they ran out of meat. Also, the hotpot burner didn’t work at the table we was sitting at. Our waitress said sorry it’s not plugged up. So I guess it’s up to us to make sure the pot is supposed to be plugged up. LASTLY, after all of this…the waitress said “last call” for orders because you have less than 40 mins left. Like clearly you seen us speaking to the GM and all for 30 mins, food for the kids didn’t come out until 23 mins later so how can you still hold that 2 hour time window against us. You better be glad we tipped you that $10 because this service should have been $0. BTW the GM told us we should have asked them what meat was available. I said “ha, why don’t yall put a sign up to let customers know what’s out of stock” yall don’t even have it on the iPad. Very very horrible GM. Please work on yourself as a human being. Clearly you seen me pay and tipped your worker. Like I said I don’t want nothing free but I want what I paid for. ***this is adult we don’t do kid stuff***
As yall can see how the owner replied. There’s NOTHING about a partial refund because there wasn’t any marinated beef or marinated shorts when we sat down and ordered because we were waiting for over 20 mins. Remind yall, those are special beefs so it cost more and is considered “premium” then since yall see the “hotpot” included for $5 each X 4 people… that’s $20 and the hotpot burner wasn’t plugged in. These people are a joke. Do NOT waste yalls time coming here cause Asian people don’t like to admit it when they are wrong. The feedback from the owner says it all. “I admit our mistake AND I won’t refund your money” this is the message from the higher up.
** pictures added NOTHING was marinated and it was gross!! The GM came out with a bowl of marinate to pour it in the tray with meat. never seen this before in my life. Everyone knows beef takes about 1 hour to marinate for flavor.
** the IPAD is showing they have marinated short ribs but when you add it to your cart they won’t bring it out and act like you never ordered it.AND still charge you more.

Great place to go!!! Quality food and the experience was great. The staff was awesome. We decided to go for our daughter’s 11th birthday and she loved it Our waiter Josh did a great job explaining how the whole thing worked, and was very cool when our daughter started a conversation with him. Definitely recommend this place!

12/7/25 p.m. visit – The manager wouldn’t work with me on a special request when we came in. They were slow and she should have helped us out. About halfway through our meal I went to the bathroom and it looked like something out of a high school movie. See pictures. I waited until I had seen several employees go into the restroom and then returned to see if they had done anything to the restroom. They did not mention or do anything to clean it up. Pubic hairs and urine everywhere – it appeared as if someone had vomited in sink and It had not been cleaned – I guess the company culture there is to just look the other way and hope someone else takes care of it. When I showed her the attached pictures, She had OUR waiter go clean up the men’s restroom. I am convinced it was a punitive retaliation against me for the interaction we had at the beginning when we arrived. Surely someone other than the wait staff should have been available to go clean the bathroom. We have eaten there MANY times and I’ve never seen that manager on duty before. Someone should’ve been checking the bathrooms. It was disgusting. Our waiter was awesome, the food was great, but that manager and the restaurant’s culture need reworking. The two out of five star rating for service was for the manager. Our waiter was five out of five

First timers. Hot pot was alright, not really our thing. Bbq part was better. It was the oldest birthday and her meal was free with 4+ people so cant beat that. It’s always weird cause you’re paying to cook your own food like why not buy the ingredients and get a flat pan at home. But as mentioned we were first timers for the oldest birthday so we wanted to try out the experience. Overall we had fun and its been long enough to know we didnt under cook anything
