This was my second time ever eating at a Dunkin. My first experience and holiday Florida a couple weeks ago was fantastic. They had a breakfast sandwich deal for six dollars and it was delicious. The hash brown serving was small, but it was OK because the sandwich was good. I just went to The Seminole Duncan across from Bay Pines. Now they have a wrap five dollar deal with coffee and hashbrowns. It’s awful. It’s like a 5 inch wrap with a half a piece of sausage and a half an egg. Still the six potatoes, but I will never go there again. And I will tell everyone at the hospital about my experience. The server in the drive-through window was also extremely rude. She hindered me my coffee and I dumped it into my yeti mug. She came back to the window and I gave her the cup to throw away and it tipped over from the wind. She was disgusted and said I could lose my job. I’m not supposed to be taking anything from anyone. I said it’s just trash. Regardless, even if they do have some sort of a policy, which I doubt she could have been nicer about it. So that’s my story today.

Service was not great. The young man who waited on us had his hair in his face and had least six piercings around his nose and mouth. Luckily I wasn’t getting donuts because I didn’t want his hair in my food. Barista had to make our order twice because he mixed it up. There was an air of apathy. As a lover of Dunkin, we were very disappointed.

This location has sold nasty, sick looking glazed doughnuts 2 different times. How they think it’s ok to give these to customers is beyond me. They look like they were left out for a couple days and definitely don’t taste like Dunkin doughnuts donuts. And their powered donuts in the morning are always crunchy and hard

Corporate needs to pay this store a visit. Since I work close, I stop by at least 1 or 2 times per week since they opened. Believe it or not, there were probably 5 times that I had good service and quality food. They are ALWAYS messing up. This morning, I went into the store and waited a few minutes. 1 person in the store waiting for food and nobody in the drive through. I let a few minutes go by and nobody even said hell. Even though there were 4 employees running around. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I receive a plain bagel. I see the nice green doughnuts on the sign , so I ordered a dozen of them. When I got to the office and opened them up. This is what I got…. Pictures are worth a thousand words. If someone from DD does not respond to this post and wow me, I have visited your store for the last time and will let everyone know my experiences in your place.

used to be one of my favorite spots, youd figure being in a higher income spot it would be better but they have consistently messed up my order to the point i go out of my way, for commute to work, to go to a completely different dunkin, sadly how everyone has headsets and cant fix something simple like 2extra on sugar or cream, thought it was a mistake the first few times now its noticeable they just dont care :/

Dunkin’ Donuts is the best since my days on Dublin Granville Columbus Ohio…to 20st Huntington WV to bay pines Madeira beach. Pricing always great! Love the coconut chillers! Love the donuts and loving the ice water atm

12/22, the blonde woman at the drive thru window refused to give us a receipt after we told her our coffee order was wrong. She also told us we lied about getting two of the same type latte, then just landed us the next one that was on the prep counter.. not labeled and not even close to the original order. One coffee was half full when she handed it to us, and one doesn’t even look close. Very rude overall.

This was about my fifth time stopping at this Dunkin ☕️ my way to the beaches in the morning early hours and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dunkin employee in 35 years of going to Dunkin for my go-to ☕ as a Google Maps review guide for over 5 years I have written several hundred reviews and only three negatives counting this one, customer service was not on the mind of Becky the employee on this particular Saturday morning, on the positive side the half of dozen donuts I got were absolutely perfect and my cup of go to Dunkin coffee ☕️was on the money as always..

First of all the guy taking my order made me feel extremely rushed, I ordered 1 coffee and he started telling me to drive around before I even got to order the food. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps, and 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps. I got all bacon no sausage, I attached a picture of one of my “bacon” wake up wraps.. 1 piece of bacon. I also added pic of receipt so it’s seen that I didn’t order wrong.
