I drive out of my way to go to this location. They have yet to fail me in ANY way. The pizza is always cooked to perfection, the order is always accurate, I am greet immediately upon arrival, the staff is friendly… I literally cannot think of one critique for this location. The Blaine one though, I could say a lot about that one.

It’s always a different story with this location. One time I ordered, called after about 1.5 hours and they told me I was out of their area. I am 1.9 miles away from the store location. I told them that, they said “you need to select a closer store”. I told them i didn’t even select their store, it just automatically populated when i entered my address. Told them they should’ve called me earlier if they knew they couldn’t deliver to me. I asked if I can pick my order up, they said no because they cancelled it. To say I was mad is the very least.
Today, I ordered again and the website automatically populated again. Once the order was placed, I saw again it was tho store. At least now I’m aware they might not deliver since it’s “out of area”. What do ya know, they delivered it with no issues.
This store is always changing their mind on what their delivery area is based on when the pizza is ordered. The manager who called me to address the issue was very unprofessional and pretty rude. Emailed a complaint to corporate who was going to follow up with this store. Couple days later I get a call from another “manager”, this one actually addressed the issue and apologized for the other employees manner of handling this. Confirmed my address was in their delivery area and that she will follow up with her team.

After tonight, they couldn’t give me free food for life.
I ordered delivery for the game. Called at 5 for a 7:00 delivery. At 6:50 they called to tell me they wouldn’t deliver “out of our area”
I admit I was mad, they had two hours to let me know or maybe they could have said something when I was on the phone ordering with them?
They wouldn’t make an exception and when I went to pick them up, saw it was exactly 2.0 miles from my house.
What really made me upset is that rather than make an exception, instead of making it right and driving 2 miles to fulfill the order, they chose to hold the policy line. Using “not our fault”, should’ve called the other store. Rather than escalate me why not help solve the problem, better than, sorry you’re going to have to pick up.
How about, “Dang we’re sorry about that, how about we give you some free desserts for your troubles picking up?”
If I didn’t have gift cards I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them. Had they , I would’ve ordered again.

My husband and I ordered pizza and loaded tator tots from this place on April 8. I called to complain because our food was burnt. Our pizza barely had any cheese, cut wrong, and didn’t taste good. Our loaded tator tots were not close to what it was supposed to be. Had it at the Bloomington dominoes, and it was so yummy .. Here ..It was super hard and didn’t have the necessary ingredients on it. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and never had an issue before. I called to complain very nicely and the manager said I was rambling and I am expecting a 5 star restaurant or gourmet food. I said I am expecting pizza .. what I paid for. He said cooking pizza isn’t a science and that the food will always come out burnt depending on how many pizzas are in the oven. I said no I had other pizza before and this wasn’t enjoyable. Even my kids didn’t like it.. it was such a waste.. we threw it all away. I said can you tell John to cook better. I think that was the cook name.. he got so upset with me. I drove 20 minutes there to get pizza for my family the day before Easter, and the manager was so rude to me. I cried because I was so upset because of the manager attitude towards me. I told him to not take his bad day out on me. He gave me a $7 credit. My husband and I will always just order Marcos pizza instead. We will never eat at this dominos again..

In the process of placing my order, I had a special request. Asking them to run my wings through the oven twice. Because the first time it doesn’t burn off all the extra fat and the chicken can be chewy and hard to eat. I was ordering this for my elderly mom who does not have a lot of teeth. And they were not willing to be flexible. Interesting enough.I have never had a domino’s pizza.Tell me that they cannot run my wings through the oven twice ever no matter how busy they are.This is an order that we make twice a week.Mostly closer to home.But right now we’re in Anoka, minnesota, never thinking that it would be a problem.But it was… I did express this to the cashier, stating that I would not be able to eat the food if I did not have this. I used to really enjoy the pizza from here, but the taste has changed recently and it’s not as good as it used to be. The flavor and quality seem different, and it was a bit disappointing this time. I hope they bring back the original recipe or taste that made it so good before.

They do the same thing other stores do, where they’ll cancel your order if it’s too close to closing time because they start closing things down before the actual hours of operation end. The insiders at a dominos I used to work at used to do this too and complain about people ordering late all the time. If you don’t want people to order, change the closing hours to earlier, and stop the app from letting you order. No doubt even if they did the insiders would just start closing prep even earlier and still complain and cancel orders the same way since they don’t get paid enough to care. So it’s not really solvable unless DMs step in and regulate things more strictly, or they increase wages to hire people who wouldn’t have that be necessary.
I’ve had them deliver to the wrong house in the past as well on New Years, but at least usually they’re totally fine. So if you want pizza and it’s not super late this is an okay store to order from.

I always ordered delivery, but this time I ordered for pickup, went into the restaurant to get my food and nobody in the restaurant has on gloves. The person flipping the dough, the person putting the ingredients on the pizza, the person who is putting the pizza in the oven and taking them out!! NOBODY, I asked why nobody had on gloves being the flu and other sickness is going around the girl told me, we wash our hands when we change stations I walked out, without my food!! I will NEVER eat from this place again!!
