We like coming to this Starbucks. Nicely located off a bike route. Conveniently located at the intersection of Moreland and Janesville Road, across from a Jetz gas station, and a DQ! Great service, clean facilities. Has the drive through and order ahead options.

We walked in and the manager yells we close in 5 minutes. I understand you want to get out but honestly at this point lock your doors at this point. In our defense we were completely unaware of closing time because it didn’t dawn on us to take a look at it. We walked in at 5:55 and they close at 6. The workers were super sweet and nice while the manger could have handled the situation differently.

Awesome employees and excellent, accurate service. My chai latte with pumpkin spice was perfect and my sandwich was hot and fresh. I like to use the wifi and enjoy my food between appointments, and I never feel unwelcome or pressured to leave.

For some reason (probably staff shortages) the lobby was closed today. It’s okay, the drive through is open. After placing our order $25 worth. It turns out, they can’t break a $100 bill? 1 o’clock in the afternoon and they can’t break a large bill? Seriously. I guess your business doesn’t make enough money to break a$100 bill at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Tried the Starbucks at Target, same thing. Looks like Vintage Grounds will be getting our business from now on!

Super weird encounter. Went to the drive thru and there was a Starbucks cup next to their tip jar with a bee in it pretty much suffocating, someone intentionally covered the opening of the top where u would drink from. There was a name on it written Morgan beeman. I asked the staff that gave me my order and she claimed she didn’t know who’s it was and hadn’t noticed. Didn’t seem very bothered about it. I took the cup and let the bee out. Don’t know why it was there but at least it’s out now.

I occasionally use this Starbucks location, as I am around the area, but yesterday, Wednesday, June 10th, I realized that this location was not open. Typically, they were fairly slow, but were far from a long wait. But yesterday, they had set out a sign in ground of the drive through saying that they were open, but that customers would have to do an online order or go through the drive through. As through the online order, there was no place to pick it up as they locked the doors, and the sign aforementioned was blocking the drive through. I even tried to walk up to the drive through window, but the person/people inside weren’t even working, as one tried to signal me but it took me a minute to understand. Then the people seemed to disappear, and I had waited 1/2 an hour. I had paid, and used some reward points, but nobody even helped me as I called their location several times. Luckily, a Starbucks nearby was able to help, and were friendly about it. It still annoys me that it even happened
