Despite the other reviews I went twice in a row and the customer service was IMMACULATE.
First time bit of a wait for the food but it was fresh. Fries could’ve been better.
Second time I called in and it was ready as soon as I got there STILL FRESH! Fries on point this time.
But each the customer service was A1
Definitely plan on returning!
Oh and to the person who left the review on the African American female, if that’s the same person I encountered on my first visit. She is NOTHING like how you depicted her. She was sweet as pie And went above and beyond to make my fast food experience easy.

everytime i go to Wingstop by Barton road in grand terrace, i get the rudest,worst workers that’s disrespectful to me. The workers by the pickup are always grumpy and has a mean smirk that’s checking for my name. Today, may 2nd 2025 i got my pickup and the lady (blonde/black hair with a low bun or claw clip, hispanic) sweared she checked my bag but when i got home there was no sauce that i brought. I was so mad because one, she had an attitude and second, she wanted me to pay extra for my sauce that i already brought.

Disappointed in my meal is an understatement. The fries were dry, and the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings tasted greasy and reheated. I tried to eat a couple of them since I hadn’t eaten all day, but I ended up with food poisoning—most likely from the ranch. The only decent part of my order was the Sprite that came with my combo.
This is actually my second bad experience with this particular Wingstop, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and won’t be returning.

Cesar gave 5 star service from the phone call to in person! I placed my order over the phone and expressed my concerns about my previous experience and he explained to me why that would happen and how that can be resolved. When we came in we decided to dine in and the wings were seasoned and sauced up very very good. We did have an issue with one of our wings and I was nervous to let somebody know because I didn’t wanna be THAT person that complains but we addressed it to Cesar anyways and he made me feel comfortable about the issue and didn’t hesitate to let the kitchen staff know and my wings were remade! This place is great has great food and Cesar makes it a friendly environment.

If you’re considering going to this WingStop because of its higher review rating then I’d highly recommend it! This is the best wingstop I’ve been to so far in SoCal.
You’ll wait your typical wingstop time but it’s worth it! The wings were good quality and none of the overcooked or small sizes I often get at other wingstop. They were seasoned perfectly and so were my fries. (4/6 wings pictured for you to see yourself, I ate the other two before I decided to write a review and MAN were they the bomb!)
The ladies working today were super kind and have such a kind, positive, and welcoming attitude. They took my requests seriously and seem much nicer than other employees at other wingstop.
It’s super hard to have a good attitude when you work at wingstop because we all know the food is cooked to order and takes a minute, it’s hard to have such a good attitude when dealing with hangry customers but these ladies do it like it’s nothing.
