The service is great the food…. Well the fries look interesting. This is the second time I’ve been here with my daughter. Hoping and expecting more. My daughter expected a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and more than 3 pickles it was ok. But the fries looked like we got the bottom of the fry basket leftovers.

I would put no stars if I could. We got absolutely no service. There was five people in the kitchen just talking. One person in the front who ignored us to pickup the phone order he still didn’t know how to enter. It was 6/1/23 about 5pm to review who was working because managers need to assess their employees to ensure better service and better reviews will come.

Just left there and had the worst service in the world! I had to call the police on the manager Frankie because he refused to give me my food or a refund. I told him I would never return back to that store because his staff had lack of knowledge of what was on their menu and he said great not to come back! I can’t believe he is a manager! I will never go there again he was so embarrassing until other customers questioned his customer service!!!!! Please avoid going to this location!This is sad now I have go to the one in Rialto which have great service when this location is around the corner from me.
