We ordered one Venti shaken espresso and it took 31 minutes to get our one coffee. People were getting orders that came in way after me. I also asked for a refund which I was denied. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop.

My recent visit to this Starbucks location could have been better. We dropped by on a Sunday afternoon and were immediately met with hygiene concerns. One restroom ran out of toilet paper, while the other lacked any means for hand drying, whether paper towels or a functioning hand dryer.
