Worst subway in the company! Had an issue with my food (my subs weren’t wrapped properly so I ended up with a salad in a bag with bread, my pizza was placed in the bag sideways so all the toppings slid to one side, and they gave me the wrong cookies lol) managers response was “I really don’t know what you want me to do.” How about better training, because I worked for the company and this is NOT how we did things. I work in customer service and I HATE when I get chewed out for things NOT in my control but in this case it’s completely in store managements fault for not making sure people are trained correctly, so you could’ve at least apologized

Two employees and both walked away when I said hello … lady employee came out to let me know she’s on break and the dude that walked away she said that it’s the one working both left me alone at the store waiting for 10 minutes and then I left with no sandwich because none of them would make me one not sure if because I’m Latino both walked away on me … going to Taco Bell now thanks for nothing

This store used to be really good. Now it’s just really bad. They’re always out of stuff oh, they won’t conversate we’re not having stuff but won’t hesitate to charge you full price for what they don’t have. And then to top it off both the managers like to get smart and act like you work there when they talk to you. I promise you I would never come back to this store. Are there any good Subway stores left? Let me know if there is any because I don’t know of any.
