Terribly disrespectful staff, which is supported by the manager 100%. He’s more worried about fitting in. Terrible service and the product put out at this location is less that subpar. Do yourself a favor and take a look at how filthy it is behind the line. Most of the staff are more concerned about how they look and/or if they are looking more like a boy or girl, or whatever they are transitioning to!

At the drive thru, which is usually very long I let the bistra know that my drink didn’t look the same…I get the same drink EVERY time…She began to tell me how to order my drink in order to have it be the same…Again I get this drink EVERY time…After she scolded me about MY drink she slammed the window…I went in and had the manager hande the situation after that…The manager made sure my order was corrected…I will NEVER go to this location again…

I go to Starbucks literally every single day and this one is closest to me. Usually order more than one drink for myself. Never had any issues until this one older middle aged blonde lady started working at the window. She is very rude every time I see her for no reason. I dread getting my order when I see her at the window. She is very passive aggressive horrible customer service and my drinks are always horrible when she’s working I don’t even drink them I throw them away. I’ve never been Ride and again usually come everyday but now I have to drive to a different location to get a good drink. She must have some issues at home or is projecting her negativity into me because she’s mad that she is an older lady working in the food service. But I did not raise her so that is not my fault for her to be mad at me about it. I see she probably has no cognitive ability and that’s why she was put at the window because it’s the easiest part of the job. Either way, bring back the kind young man that was working the window with the nice eyebrows. He was much better.

The service was fast and friendly. Kind of awkward getting back to where you enter the drive-thru, but nothing major. The new pumpkin cream cold brew is excellent! That’s been our new go-to drink, when we visit. Starbucks coffee is definitely quality coffee. You can taste that right from the first sip. Great stuff, and great experience!

Mornings are always great but anytime I’ve been there in the evenings the people are completely different! Employees on their phones, especially one girl in particular on the front registers I hear her phone go off CONSTANTLY. Also the bathroom talk I overhear is insane to me. The service in general is just backwards. Employees are short with customers and when customers ask questions they reply with something backhanded. If you plan on dinning in or studying here be sure to bring headphones because the “jokes” I hear behind the bar are horrendous. I’m always shocked when I see the red headed man still works there because he is the worse offender but everyone just laughs it off! I’ve tried giving this place a chance to be my comfort place since it’s so close but it gives me the ick. I’ll stick with the people at talmadge. Do better.

I tried to order more than one drink but couldn’t because they couldn’t cash a $50 bill. But they are very busy and just wouldn’t take it. I’m really getting tired of the service at Starbucks! It used to be awesome but anymore Starbucks every where is disappointing. Not to mention how the prices keep going up.

Placed a pick up order, when I went in there was 15 drinks or so on the counter for pick up orders with customers sorting through them all to find their drink. I went up to the cashier since I didn’t see my drink but I also was not comfortable twisting and and turning strangers drinks. When I assume the manager (dressed nicer) asked what I want I said I had a pick up order and I didn’t see my drink. He then said “maybe they aren’t don’t with it yet?” Very rudely. And I told him I didn’t want to just grab other peoples drinks. He handing me mine and walked away. Over all very unpleasant experience.. Also, very disgusting thinking that 5+ Strangers were touching every drink, that was not 100% covered.
